If this is true, then I feel the GM is a selfish, slow, incompetent, un-thoughtful Old man with little regard and consideration for we applicants. I pray he meet the same fate in his day to day life. I pray his children's children reap the fruit of their old man's deeds.

To the poster above me...... I won't blame him, he's only the "Man in charge". One thing I love about Nigerians is our ability to shift blame while retaining "responsibility". I'm the Head but I'm not responsible for this and that.

I don't know a lot o. I just kn a few dat I asked. Not everyone dat passed would go u shud kn dat. The thing is they oversent people last year n some of last year deferred their scholarship to this year. A lot of issues wat they want to do is send a few n push most to Nigerian schools. It all depends on their final decision sha I'm not their spokesperson

I have met two different guys who confessed to me on different conversation with them. Though, it all that happened during my masters program some years ago. I was self sponsored whilst these two guys were PTDF scholars. I was keen to know how they, both, survive the rigorous test of thousand's applicants, coupled with limited number per state , and they opened up to me. One said, he didn't write the test blaba with how he got shortlisted. The second guy said he followed back door. I am saying this because of your question. I rest my case. Stay positive. There are still guys I met who merited it. It was when cinforce were conducting the test for PTDF

When should we be expecting d list?

Two of my coursemates got the Msc scholarship last year by merit even after they had been told that the PTDF scholarship is by connect strictly. One's in England, the other in France. They knew no one on the inside. Believe!

To balance my comments above about who merited it. One said he bought cinforces complete question pack where he memorised all these questions apart the specialist questions that wasn't from cinforce.

It was because of curiosity to know how these ones could make it. The secret of success lies on knowing the truth. I didn't know cinforce has complete question pack.
