First his reenforced chitinous skin and spikes is his major defense, beneath that is normal flesh and for qyburn to know his vascular array, someone would have had to skin and dissect a living dragon as was historically done on people before the development of imaging technology and that person would have died trying so i don't think it ever happened and we shouldn't christen qyburn into an all knowing encyclopedia! There's a limit to what he can know.
Cersei needs a bigger lance/arrow which will need a bigger scorpion which will require probably a giant to man and operate and she doesn't have time on her side, if i were Danny, i would interrogate prisoners about the numbers and distribution of the current design and the manufacturers and eliminate them for good wouldn't want to risk my beloveth drogon getting injured again! inaction has now become a risk! Either way, cersei is getting fvcked!

The Maesters killed the last Targeryen dragons the last time around. They might have gained any knowledge about dragons from then. Dorne also managed to kill a dragon. Dragonslaying is not new. Poison would have worked for Qyburn.
