Guten tag everyone, please I need a little information on paying uni assist handling cost from Nigeria, I did go through the uni assist website and noticed credit card payment from Nigeria isn't allowed however one can pay directly from a bank with some following informations given. My question is after payment, how does one send receipt/ proof of payment to uni-assist? Cos My university requires me to only upload my credentials online (uni-assist portal) other than sending via courier services. Please I need someone to give me a better understanding on the processes involved in Nigerian banks..Danke! |

Johnnyessence:There isn't much that can be done. At the end of the day, the situation in each country influences how these "developed" nations make their decisions. USA and Canada, even with your money, have been less friendly than Germany over the years. If the Consulate continues to ignore requests for students to be interviewed in Abuja, that's probably because there is an order from Berlin. I urge everyone to be diplomatic and civil with this issue. Hopefully they reconsider, but there are already signs that things are going to change. Congratulations on the Hamburg news...hopefully we catch up in Hamburg (if that's your top choice) Good luck! 6 Likes |

Tinder: You have to open account with zenith bank, I used my savings account with zenith bank, then go along with your fintiba /Deutsch bank details, international passport, Bsc certificate, admission letter . You will be given form A to fill and a plain sheet to write a formal letter authorizing the bank to debit your account and credit your fintiba/Deutsch bank account with the required Euro..... That's all 6 Likes |

Hellooo guys in the house, can a German who presently works in NIGERIA with a renowned organization get a verpflitchtungserklarung (Gurantor form) at the German embassy, Abuja for me? Please is it possible ? I have someone who am convincing to assist me. |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by Nobody: 6:05pm On Aug 07, 2017 |
Negro1986:You forgot include "bsc certificate". A copy of ones bsc certificate is also needed. Most banks also requests for this to process form A. With that, your form A has already been processed in the spirit realm, just waiting to manifest into reality. 1 Like |

Hello house, I just got admitted to study in Germany. Please to the gurus in the house I have this few questions. 1.what are the chances of getting visa if u are using a sponsor? 2.Using sponsor that does not reside close the area where ur school is e.g northern and southern part.does that affect ur chance of getting a visa? 3. Now that the latest news is that all dates are booked already.please is there any other way to book an appointment at the embassy so that this admission will not waste. Your Swift response will be appreciated. Thanks |

Hello Everyone. Please, i have a question i need to ask and get answers for. My application was rejected today on the ground that i couldn't provide means of finance. And i plan funding my block account this week. Is there any way i can appeal that or do i need to start afresh? Awaiting kind response. Thanks |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by kingdaveid: 7:27pm On Aug 07, 2017 |
Olanrewaju92: No I understand that part, someone can fill with pen or on adobe, it doesn't really matter. But talking about bar code, that is what is confusing because if you look at UK student visa application form, there is a bar code, so am not understanding this one of bar code in german visa application form, because I can't see any on it |

@johnnyessence, a big congratulations to you, by the grace of the Almighthy God, we will rock the geospatial world. During the week, i somehow stumbled into a thread for pakistanis and indians and discovered they are also facing the same thing we are experiencing about visa interview denials after admissions, infact some students from bangladesh complained bitterly that not even a single student have been interviewed not to talk of granting a student visa. i have personally sent a passionate appeal to the German embassy in Abuja, requesting for possible student interview schedule for us here in Nigeria citing different challenges we are faced with at the moment such schools granting admissions very late, scarcity of passport booklets and delays in admission decisions by some schools, but still no response till date. I also sent a mail to the international office of my university, citing the same situation and requested for them to assist, but still no single response from them which is quite unlike them. I have to forward a mail to the program director for my intended course, and she sincerely told me the government and the immigration have directed they remain mute as regards this which is definitely beyond them as it stands. The German government is definitely spending a large chunk of their finance on education which is not just for their citizens alone but also for me and you inclusive and other persons all over the world. The population of applicants in no doubts keep increasing and this is definitely a challenge to their budget which i believe you should understand. Pls brothers and sisters lets thread comments with caution while sending messages via social media and other means. This i have come to understand from the indians and pakistanis who are already there. Its quite disheartening how selfish some of us can be here, we keep complaining about those who have already made some steps by being there, on how they have not been dropping some lines here, but we fail to offer informative and timely information, while some enjoy sitting on the fence as observers and only comment when they need help. Some of us are very much aware of this situation last year and failed to provide timely information to the house. Its all well. Sorry if my write up doesn't go down well, but i hope we all understand and make valuable adjustments for the benefit of one another.. Thanks in all. 6 Likes |
