The capacitors on the console's power board must have been damaged by electricity. Open up the ps2 and you should see two swollen capacitors staring at you from the power board, they shouldn't be hard to spot. You'd have to replace the capacitors with new ones that are of the same value. If you can't do this yourself just take it to a repairer, but it's actually easy if you want to try.

I doubt that, the voltage capacity of the console is between 100 - 250volts.

please help me, when I was playing my ps2, it freeze and I reset the ps2 but since after the reset, I can't open the OpenPs2Loader it will take me to the free mcboot screen and if I load the OpenPs2Loader manually by using the uLaunchELF it will not show any game in the USB

Regarding the ps2 game. Make sure it is in "iso" format. Now create "DVD" folder on your sdcard and simply copy it there. Usbutil software is not needed anymore.

so all I have to do is to download the game, extract the 'iso' format, copy it to a DVD folder inside my sdcard and plug it in the PS2 and start playing right ?

You need to change the Elf that autoboots from the old opl to the new one. To do this, hold "start" upon bootup, this will boot fmcb configurator, now from there you can change the autoboot Elf. Make sure to save your configuration before you close the configurator.
