Frankly speaking, if l'm ljaw for instance, l'll have no problem if a security analyst comes out on national TV to say that ljaw Elites in ljaw communities support militants, if that is what he has observed. His arguement is that these drug lords are well known by some elites and have been condoned to the extent that they the entire lgbo race is now been blackmailed in places like SA. If what he said about South Africa singling out lgbo is true, then it's the South Africans who are now stereotyping the lgbos in particular.
What we have to do is investigate his statement and from my experience online, countries like Ghana and South Africa are familiar with lgbo and Yoruba, and even the specific Hausa BokoHaram. They know our tribes more than you can imagine.
Worse things have been said about Hausa/lslam and their support for BokoHaram, even on television and l've seen Hausa's on YouTube who come out to cry that they do not all support terrorists but no one listens to them.
