Now. I just bought a tecno l9 plus and I observed that the sound volume of phone calls is low even at highest switchable volume. I have to press the phone very very close to my ears to hear the other caller. Infact I can't hear him/her very well in a noisy place. This is in contrast to my former phone tecno y4 which has very good, clear and loud call sound. What could be wrong? Is there anything that can be done? Thanks

This hotspot issue, is it just for xender, or do you encounter it when you try to use the hotspot for other applications, especially browsing?

If its for xender, you don't need to turn on the hotspot, xender does that automatically and has a unique way of connecting with peer devices.

Move all media files to your SD card. files automatically save on the phone memory and the W4 has a low RAM as it is a budget phone. Free space on the phone memory and you will enjoy your phone.
