Evaluating only your highest qualification(i.e your masters) still gives u d max possible score for u.......but some people choose to evaluate all their degrees.

The body u choose shld depend on how fast your awarding institution responds to verification - while WES needs verification after receiving ur transcript, IQAS doesnt.
It has been shown frm experiences here that non Nigerian degrees are evaluated faster by wes compaired to naija counterparts.

So if ur schl forms "deaf and blind" @ verification emails(wes does this), then u may want to choose IQAS(doesnt send verification emails)...
However, elfmann has hinted u dat WES is better recognised for geologists so u may just stick with dem and press ur schl to respond quick.

I sent a mail to CIC to find out my Visa Office and I got this response..
Our Office(CPC Ottawa) is processing your application. Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

Unfortunately, at this time,we are not able to determine when your application will b finalized but out our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed or if any additional information or documents are required.

I have tried to ignore this mail, but it worries me, I won't lie. Is there anyone who has received this type of response from them. What do you guys think? Should I just prepare my mind for the 6months? Please your inputs will be highly appreciated. Sorry for the long post.

U are lucky dat ur application is in Ottawa. Dont put urself under any undue pressure. People have waited 15 months. As long as ur application doesn't go into security screening, u should get it in a couple of weeks. My opinion is if u want to have very clear insight into what stage u really are, jejely request for ur GCMS notes but remember u wont get it until a month.

It's gonna drop babe. These guyz can't sustain d 440+. They even had to chill for 3 weeks to do a draw to achieve an ITA of around 3000. They are even trying to introduce something dat has to do with easing the process of getting jobs as an oversea applicant from august 28th which obviously guarantees more CRS points for applicants just d way they dashed out extra 15 points to people with siblings in Canny. I believe they are doing all these to ensure they don't go lower than 400 cos without d introduction of things like dis, they would surely do less than 400 before the year ends unless they wanna reduce the number of ITAs issued which will affect their target for the year.

I personally don't think u need another IELTS, u have a fantastic result! D cut off will even go as low as 420 if not less in the next 3 months. My opinion though and kinda certain about it.

My opinion is there's nothing to worry about. Ottawa is d blazing VO of d moment. On d other hand, if u listed a government job on ur application, it may also be reason for delay. But I'd say go for gcms notes.
