Excuse me OP how did you pay , i am thinking of registering USD mastercard , but i am not too convinced it'll work with paypal , kindly enlighten me

I use my GTB MasterCard to pay... don't know much about PayPal but I heard not all sellers accept payment via it

I used Skye Master but it seems Skye stopped Int'l transactions

It's strange some sellers don't accept paypal, Only scammers will refuse paypal , paypal offers buyer protection

You should open dispute fast on the seller, and also try to contact customer care listing these sellers along with proofs of canceled orders. I have once been refunded but its on an open window of 45days. You must be fast about it

So I contacted customer care service and they said I have been refunded few weeks back. But the truth is I didn't receive any money in my account. I checked my credit alert info and account balance of the said time but nothing at all. I don't know how else to go about this

Go to your bank and make a complaint. They will tell you if the money has been received or not.sometimes it does reflect

Buddy, I don't really understand your quote sha, but if you mean, I can't order in my stated rate, you can try, but make sure if your seller will not agree to ship to our Chinese office address, you will use aliexpress shipping which may takes month to arrive
