No kidding this kind of offer can send DFlour back to support @ N4.50 if tomorrow we get another 5% drop. I saw it play out in Forte, M&B |

stcool: Don't compare onions with water melon.. the factors drivng DF price is entirely different from the stocks you mentioned..FO and M&B are over valued stocks IMO |

stcool: My brother why are you taking Panadol for another person headache. I bought DF about 2 months ago for less than N5.00, I will be more than happy to load more units at less than your N4.50 assumed price for DF. 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 12:09pm On Aug 10, 2017 |
stcool: Very undervalued, my brother. The dividends may not be important, we need all the funds to increase our reserve, expand our market share and harness the emerging opportunities in the food industry. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 12:11pm On Aug 10, 2017 |
stcool: He is a trader, mark my words KM10 is achievable. When it will happen I don't know, but it won't take 12 months. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by nio68(m): 12:13pm On Aug 10, 2017 |
stcool: I never knew paying dividend is the only yardstick to measure the value of a company . I entered DF at a very good price hence I have good safety margin before my stop loss is triggered.. at current price am already about 65% profit and still not keen at JO, the general trend of the market still remains upwards IMO Again trade your plan 1 Like |

You can't predict the market, but you can't go wrong when you buy fundamentally good or fundamentally growing company at prices far less than their intrinsic values. Just checking my CSCS online transaction history for UBA and I found out that I bought some good units of UBA for N2.95 on 20th January 2016. I am still holding on to the shares because I am a dividend investor. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

hello house, please what does it mean for a stock to be on offer and on Bid.. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by stcool(m): 1:52pm On Aug 10, 2017 |
Oluokoli85: Stock on Offer - more sellers than buyers = Price goes down Stock on Bid - more buyers than sellers = Price goes up |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Manonamission: 1:55pm On Aug 10, 2017 |
IdrisAdebiye: I didn't know what to make of the price increase. Board problems coupled with a woeful result sent the price below N9 at some point and I have watched it rise since then, afraid to take position. |

don't know what the talk all about DF,,,,, as i used to quote "it is when you don't know what you have bought you will sell DF u bought at less than N4 to load Diamond" if DF pullback much it is an opportunity to add more. DF is far from fair value ask how they feel now those that bought less than N4 but sold at N4.30 due to the short period of pullback 1 Like |

Manonamission: I dont understand the bank myself. At a time when it was selling below N10, I took a look at their finacial reports and all i saw was problems just like FBN. The only positive i noticed was a plan to set up a private asset management company(something like amcon ) to take all the bad loans from their book. I have watched and watch the price moving from sub N10 to close to N20. Those who are buying sure know what we don't know. |

emmanuelewumi: You are playing the game like the masters ala Warren Buffett, Benjamin Graham, etc. and you can never go wrong indeed. Same here. Many may have bought the UBA same time as you, but jumped out at say 3.95 feeling alright, preparing to JI at 9.25 with a JO target of 10.30 and on and on. I am for buying at intrinsic value and holding as long as the fundamental indicators remain right. I realise most of the clash of personalities here is simply a result of differences in investment principles. A short term profit taker (trader) arguing endlessly with a long termer (investor). If only everyone understands and respects each other's principles there would not be most of the e-fights on here. 10 Likes 1 Share |
