Structural failure . Blame the Engineers and the contractors .

This road was built by RCC under the Yaradua/Jonathan regime.

It's really a pitiful sight when a road that has not even been commissioned has started falling apart even before the contractor has left the site.

AM NOT SURPRISED!

How that bridge managed to survive till now still beats my imagination. And to think that all the trucks from refinery, OGFZA, INTELS, etc pass there daily!!!!.
