Please My Tecno W3 Screen is bringing out different colours on the screen like its smashed whenever i'm using it and then it finally restarts please what could be the problem

am also having the same problem in my w3.....anytime is hit anywhere or if i handle it carelessly, it just shows multi colores....removing the battry and fixing ot back is the only solution....am planning on taking the phone to some phone engineers to fix it
