Hamiltondreamer: Primary school details? Is there even a place for this? Your maternal or paternal aunt or uncle will give you 15 points extra but be sure they'll provide you with proof as you're claiming points for it. I'm really surprised at the primary school details I must say. |

[quote author=Hamiltondreamer post=59451357] You were obviously below 67/100 in the six factor eligibility test. (Aunt/Uncle) in Canada will boost your eligibility score by 5 points but not give additional points on express entry scoring scale. Modified.

Please guys, it's a whole lot of mixed up info. Can anyone clearly list what can serve as valid POF source. For example, stocks, bonds, FD, current account bal etc. Most importantly can PF be added to boost POF? I am a newbie and this means a lot to me. Thanks. |

XX01: Abeg tell dem oh......I have had good experiences with agents. I think it depends on the agency, what you need, proposed travel date and time of booking. The time I used agencies, it was for a uk trip and I was suprised same emirates they were giving me for very cheap was more expensive on the Emirates website at the same time. The agency i used was a very reputable one, i guess there are many popular but scandalous ones who just know how to play with amadeus and now milking people. Now i just bought a ticket to abu dhabi for october and I bought directly from Egypt air because that's the cheapest I got when compared to agencies 2 Likes |

LordSebastian:This update means that your file has moved from CIO to a LVO, that's has been the trend for folks stuck in CIO, you can email them to find out what your LVO is. Mine is London and that means a really long wait. |

Ajujuju2:I was considering this o. I was just scared as my employment letters and ref letters will say HR officer and HR manager respectively. Does anyone think this will be an issue. Using NOC for HR professional? |

nkigirl: You are not to submit employment letter what matters is the duties specified that u do not what ur job title is. So read ur ref letters job specification and look for the Noc that has does duties stated. U can still claim ur 3 years as long as ref letters are available for both companies. Good luck 1 Like |

[quote author=Onlineise post=59444544] @VCOLE we dey here ooo, I travelled to a part of Nigeria for 3days were Internet is like Gold, only to return tonight and see additional 38pages to catchup with in just 72hours ooo...it is well! MW, I got a movement on my file on thursday - Review of additional documents now No additional documents needed, after 46days. I think I triggered that though, Since they said my file was still at CIO, I kukuma raised a CSE and sent wife's FBI PCC to them (we were initially waiting for them to request since we had that debate of 5months+ not qualifying as 6months) ... I am just relieved that there has been some activity now sha, no matter hw insignificant it might looked. Congratulations to all the recipient of the recent ITA, it shall end in praise. Hello guys, I'm new in this Canadian express entry for Federal skilled workers and i need some brotherly advise. I have gone through their requirements of scoring minimum of 67% in language skill, education, work experience, Age, adaptability and lastly securing a job before you can be invited to apply for permanent residence visa. Now my headache is; 1. What is the ideal first step one should take for this program? 2. What is the financial implication of this program as per how much ll it gulp from the beginning to the end? Note: I am not dat financially buoyant but i want to try my luck thats why I'm asking. Pls, brotherly advise ll be appreciated |

Good morning House. Please, I am at the ECA and IELTS stage however, I get worried about this POF saga. I have read so many views about pof and CIC requirement. Please seniors in the house should take a look at my situation and help please. I currently do not have the funds in any of my account but I have talked to my cousin and he has promised to help me with some of the cash, secondly, I will be getting some sort of gift deed from my parents too. So am thinking, an account that witness low cash deposit like 3k, 2k, transfer of 800 naira e.t.c all of a sudden gets huge deposits of 3milla and 2 milla respectively within a short period of time. Would it be wise to get the deposit done before even getting an ITA or wait until ITA is received before getting the funds. I would appreciate a foolproof explanation of pof relating to my case. Many thanks. |

labeerson: Welcome to the journey man! 1. All the major steps are on the first page of this thread. Located Page zero and read to at least page 50. The knowledge will help you a lot. 2. The money part eh....its experienced folks that can help but the larger your family size, the more you spend and the more proof of funds you need. Hopefully someone who has run through the process will respond and give you an idea. However, the financially buoyant part, you'll still need a couple of millions i think so your definition of not being financially depends on your own pocket but i advice you strongly do your planning well so you won't get stuck in the middle and out of funds. Best! |

yoshearer: yes u can evaluate your highest degree only. id rather you wait till october and evaluate your PhD since you'd get higher marks for it but, judging by current crs scores, you should be just fine evaluating masters. |
