tbaba1234:chai where is Sir. Bascovanveli the defenders of Home based footballers-oya show face see their life. This loss is psychological... They went for a draw(that is the typical mindset of an average NPFL player) they believe that there is no way they can win an away game. I was never in support of us using Npfl players-academy boys and an average non league players would have deliver a victory in this match. The saddest point is that they've been in camp and training for 2wks now. Well, no cause for alarm. We'll win in kano. Those boys know how to do that but am afraid it might just be a slim one either 2-0, 3-1 or 2-1(God forbid) 1 Like |

EmmGee:not politics my brother... you those two pair of coaches....salisu yusuf and agu they're the most fortunate Nigeria coaches reaping where they have never sown.... especially yusuf....what was his achievement in the NPFL prior his appointment as the assistant coach of the national team? at least many criticizing rohr will begin to see....that even his assistant is as guilty as well.... and to think that some of us here....were advocating for yusuf to be given SE job beats my imagination 1 Like |

komekn: One of the common terms hammered in respect of Iheanacho was he should work hard if he wants to be a top player. I wonder how telling someone to work hard translates to he can do no wrong. That was cheap. As for Nacho, there is still a way to make the best of his time at Leicester. Dashing into the box regularly. Doing this will make him a good support for Vardy. I also expect Shakespeare to be more adventurous in games against lesser teams. Victor Moses went through lots of hurdles but that did not destroy his career. As long as Nacho keeps working hard and maintains a healthy lifestyle, he has time to become a top player. |

Mickael2:Its as if you know my mind sir,i would definitely go with brains against cameroon than go with strength and physicality to match cameroon. No disrespect to Ighalo as he is on a terrific form but folks here have all but given him the no9 shirt just because he is in form not considering the difference between the chinese defenders that he has been scoring against and a very strong and physically imposing defenders he will face against cameroon. But i know he will get the nod ahead of a clinical nacho and a mobile and pacy kayode so lemme kukuma choose my team with him included. On the wings will be a forgoteen Sone Aluko and the Beast Victor Moses with Aluko dropping to the midfield when we are in possession or playing out from the back with Balogun, as his defence-splitting throughballs and nacho perfectly timed runs will be something cameroon can`t contain with that being one of their weaknesses which we can exploit as seen against Chile.Mikel and Ndidi marshalling the midfield with mikel playing more like a deep lying playmaker or box 2 box midfielder though he aint got the pace for a B2B midfielder but trust him to make up for that with his excellent positioning. My game=changing subs will be: The Workhorse Etebo to replace mikel,The pacy kayode to replace ighalo while The highly technical Iwobi will replace Aluko. You can see that even Nigeria have very good depths. 1 Like |

AIG07:Never been in support of this CHAN thing. An Under=21 tournament would have been better in place of it as it will also help us cap all this good foreign born players that England and the likes have been capping at their own Under-21 level ASAP.It will just be like a eagles B Team where talents who distinguishes themselves will be invited to the main Super Eagles team.Home based players will also be considered for selection ooo! |

junnyjake:I think we should know his status in the team first before calling for his exit from the club but with what i saw of watford against liverpool they dont look like a team in need of a certain isaac success,i mean they looked complete with no need of additions. Well, i pray its a minor injury or a knock that kept him out of the game,if not then his future at watford is really uncertain! |

Joebie:You should know the usual Kelechi defenders. They took it out on me for saying I'd rather have Etebo as the false 9 against Cameroon than Kelechi. Obviously oblivious that Etebo plays as a striker for his team, they attacked me for suggesting a supposed DM should play up top, this earned me a place in the blacklist of Kelechi haters association, nairaland branch I hope they read Etebo started in the attack like he did for most part of last season. 1 Like |

Even Lavezzi is on 11 goals in China. Tevez is not finding it easy in China. |

Asensio showed what I am preaching. It is not playing time or experience that matters. What matters is insane belief in your abilities. Working your socks off on the training pitch every day until you are almost a demon in a jersey. When the chances come, you see the confidence, passion, determination and talent shine. Regular playing time is not the factor of success. The other factors play a bigger role. Congrats to Madrid. Although, CR7 should learn from the sending off today. Enough of the showmanship of taken off his shirt and getting needless red cards. 1 Like |

TheGoodJoe: You're changing the goal post, admit you never knew Etebo plays as a striker for his team. It sounded stranger than Latin when I suggested that he played up top. If Kelechi dropped deeper while Etebo occupied the SA defence, we would have had a shot on target. |

TheGoodJoe: but you can't deny the stupidity of that ref, and his assistants for making the red stand, that a clear foul on him"CR7" and even if he was to be booked by red for booking sake, beside what about Suarez and his clear diving that won bar a the spot kick, the ref was lucky that it was not GATTUSO , a punch on his face would had been great as take away |

TheGoodJoe: Big difference. Victor did not have huge expectations and in addition there were other players who were a lot more prominent than him. He was not expected to lead the line just be a good part if it. Leicester City have huge expectations on KC they bought him to lead the line and score goals. Anything less and he will be considered shall I say bad market. He has a huge price tag and that comes with huge expectations. In reality KC has not had a complete season of leading the line regularly. This will be his main examination. He has to really focus, adapt, modify and deliver and forget Man city he is in very different circumstances. 2 Likes |

komekn: I am talking in respect of players development. A lot of people believe playing regularly is the key but I am pointing that the real development takes place behind the scenes as we are seeing with Asensio. I am not talking about Leicester's expectations. This is in respect to other young players and not just Iheanacho. |
