Amen ...... but what's the fate of common man in this recruitment exercise? i heard lagos state politicians already shared the slots among themselves.

Anything that's to do with government is always hijack by the politicians.just like Lagos for instance any APC member has an upper hand.like my landlord who is an APC member all his children works with lagos state government.
