There were insinuations that there is a loggerhead between the federal government and state government, as to who is in charge of the water ways, this has led to the slow pace of work of the blue line, especially at the marina water front, as the contractors were piling poles as prebasement structure for the rail bridges and the controversy ensured, have the case been nipped in the board? ? ?

The recent flooding shows disconnect and negligence amongst the government and the governed. Proactive and preemptive measures will do the magic.
