Are you sure we were not up to 50 cos I believe we were more than that. Anyways, let's just say 100 applicants in total, I doubt they need more than 10 and they intentionally made the test to greatly cut that number. The test was for the extremely brilliant folks.

I wrote Cadbury test on Tuesday 15th Aug. To my surprise got the same mail sent to me for test again to come tomorrow again hmm mm.

Does anyone receive this kind mail again among people that wrong test?

Make people understand. You can't just drop an assertion like this and not expatiate. What's your proof that the whole recruitment is a waste of time?

Test was very easy. I don't think I failed a single one in the math. That's standard Indian style aptitude test. Didn't find it difficult one bit.

For me, it is actually one of the cheapest.

You might want to attempt McKinsey's Problem Solving Test to know what a tough exam entails.

Prayer has nothing to do with it at this stage. Your answers are either correct or not.

The test was just arithmetic and comprehension, no biggie.

I really don't understand the reason for the vituperation. I only offered an alternative viewpoint to the gloomy, woe-is-me atmosphere on the thread.

I didn't say you were dull and you wouldn't get the job.

I only said the exam was easy, which it was. No need to get angry or frustrated. There are still interviews to come even after you pass the test. Besides, you don't need to score 100% to pass the test.

So, easy with the anger.
