If your IP address is static,you cannot change it.Static IP will not change even when you reset the modem.You have to contact your Internet Service provider(ISP) for changing static IP.If your IP address is dynamic,it will change whenever you reset the modem.If you want to check your IP address,visit Ip-details.com .

Actually your DNS info is not distributed across the internet since you just use the DNS service for address name to IP address resolution. Likewise MAC address of your computer(s) is not propagated or detectable beyond your local network.

That is cool but it is not recommend for accessing all websites especially for

You are definitely right but Static IP is the best.
It won't change except you contact ISP just as you've said.
