Good evening house. My family will be going for upfront medicals on Monday, as we plan to submit our PR application same day. Please what are the things we need to go with? Also, I need the address (and contact person if possible) of the police station in Ikoyi where we can get our police clearance certificate. Any advise on how to go about the PCC and upfront medical that will lessen the stress is appreciated. |

The only snag is that if the company is a LIMITED liability Company then even if its hubby's own and the other directors are members of is household, he is not supposed to transfer money from the accounts of the company for personal reasons. Oyinbo can't understand that. It is not their business to ask for hubby's account statement. He is not the principal applicant. K.I.S.S Keep it short and simple. I think its enough for you to make the note in your application and hubby can depose to an affidavit or notarise the fact that he gave you the money. Pls note that I have not submitted my application and so this is just my opinion from interactions with embassies. JesusDWay: |

Good Evening House Please Guru I need your advice on this as it is causing chaos in my home. In our PR application, My husband was supposed to be the PA, when we wrote Ielts, He had LRWS 7.5,7,6,6.5. I had 8.5,7,8,7 . The issue now is that he wants me to be the PA which of course was not the initial plan. His background--- He graduated 2011, served 2012/2013. Started working and was being paid 150k. 2016, He obtained his Master's degree which we have accessed with WES and he is currently in Canny on a student Visa. My background-- I graduated 2016, just started Nysc This month. I started working this year and my salary is 40k as a Teacher. I have accessed my B.ED with WES. Due to the Ielts and PR requirements, who is in the best position to be PA? Should my Husband sit for another Ielts? Do you think I can be the PA with of course forged work experience documents? I anticipate your candid advice. thanks |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by calfy: 6:39pm On Aug 18, 2017 |
Ekinado: Both of you can have two express entry profiles - him as PA in one and you as PA in the other. Also I would advise he re-writes IELTS. His Masters Degree carries so much weight with the right IELTS result such as yours. And good luck to you two. |

Ekinado: Sis, tell ur husband I said he should pull his ears and retake that IELTS Ekinado: Sis, tell ur husband I said he should pull his ears (na play o) and retake that IELTS since he has masters and the required work experience. Pls don't forge work experience documents for CIC, not advisable. Hopefully with good IELTS scores, he should be the PA while your ECA and IELTS will add 24 points to his CRS points. I hope this settles the 'fight'. Cheers. 8 Likes 1 Share |

sorry I'm just noticing this and replying late. Not too familiar with how the site works. 1)I provided ever thing they asked for regarding proof of compensation except reference letter which I didn't have(elaborated in my post) 2)I used only treasury bill certificate which have been in the account for about a year. No bank statement. 3)Just wrote a short statement about why I love the environment and how it will favor my career path. Made mention of some professional organisations I saw on their website that I would join.... quote author=IAMCOMING post=58724177] Hi I am here again. Please i will like to have more information on the following 1. please what did you show to support your proof of compensation - (pay stub, bank statement and all) i read in the application guide that for proof of compensation we have to provide these Pay stubs, pay cheques or pay statements, • Bank statements showing salary deposits, • Income tax documents, or • Letter(s) from employer(s) explaining why this proof is not readily available. Note: It is recommended that you provide proof for the first and last month for each work experience. (the income tax document and the NOTE that is my concern) 2 did you have to maintain the settlement fund as your minimum balance for 6 months prior to your application? 3 How did you show your intent to reside in Ontario? Please forgive my plenty questions . thanks for quick response
1 Like 2 Shares |

That was what I thought too which made me remove my mind from my PR application until I saw an interesting email notification in my inbox yesterday . My timeline is as follows PNP Outland -Ontario E-apr - 4th July Aor-4th July Medicals passed - 15th August IP 1 - 15th August N/A- 18th August I'm so excited. Didn't think I would see any update until maybe in 5 months time. quote author=calfy post=59571069] Hi, please how long did your PR application take. I can see that PR applications through provincial nomination take longer than the normal EE.

crazyinlove: I can confirm it's a negligible ommission as applicants who made similar errors in the past were not adversely affected by it. The error is not material and can be later explained as such through LOE if asked. People who even failed to mention they had visa refusals in the past still scale through so what is returned application scenario? Relax sir, please move on to researching about your new province and new country. 3 Likes |
