Joebie: See, forget about keeping any slot for any rookies for training. We need 23 players who are capable of making game impacts. Alampasu not likely to make the squad this time. That is a pointer to how the coaches would want to execute this Cameroon games. 2 Likes |

Icon4s:sir have u watched Bonaventure and olayinka highlights these season? presently no wingers in super eagles except V Moses playing better than them.... yinka possibly should be among the highest assists in the jupiler league by now... so why not call them and give them a chance...considering the fact that Moses Simon has not been playing since the start of these season..... I just don't understand rohr aversion for the Belgian league..... |

Humility017: See that is his own. Me I don't count my chickens before they are hatched. I Only talk of players who have allegiance to Nigeria. I know him to be in the habit of rubbishing Nigerian grown players. To him Nigeria's best players are those born in England that have not been featured by Nigeria. If he doesn't change that his mindset he will continue to lament here. 1 Like |

Humility017: The major change I expect to see in the squad is the return of the senior players that missed the SA game. It is very unlikely that Rohr will call-up Olayinka and Bonaventure. They should keep doing their thing. I am sure Rohr and his crew are observing. |

Am disappointed some people are calling for the exclusion of Ahmed musa in the squad list just because he's currently not playing regularly for Leicester city this season. He's a compatriot a player who gives his best when playing for Nigeria. Your club form doesn't affect how you play for your national team take Mikel last season for exactly. |

Icon4s: onething I have noticed about England is the hype their groomed players always enjoy...... If they were that good as being portrayed they should have been the world and European champions by now.... simply looking at the German clubs...only Munich can really match the English teams.... but the same Germany will so well assemble a team from these clubs MY BROTHER believes can't even play a English championship team....to a world tournament and they will be unplayable... just take a look at the last Olympic, confederations cup even the world cup... to show you that the hype around English players is just a farcade 2 Likes |

Humility017:Ahmed Musa`s invitation is sure whether match rusty or not. However i wont mind if a home based defender is invited in place of Omeruo because he brought this upon himself with his defensive errors, turkey loans and he is not even different to akpeyi in terms of his confidence. He has been playing with under 18 players at chelsea because they feel he is not good enough and that is his class which would have really damaged his confidence.Honestly,i feel for the guy because few days ago i was checking out Nigeria 2014 world cup squad which led me to squawka and the way they were praising and raving on his sterling performance against Bosnia with his age really makes me happy but when i remember his present predicament i just couldnt help it.I think he should be excused from the squad to sort out his future as we just dont need him with this his present state. |

Icon4s: IF is he is the same boy, then I think he must be special and good, NOTICE he has the number 10 jersey in all pictures. BTW if this guy is in the team, then where is Million Koma that Enugu Rangers striker with the highest goals in the competition, I heard he once played in the Channels Kids cup. |

Danycrusoe: The qualifiers start first quarter of 2018. Really no much time left. Good they have started playing series of friendlies. That should be sustained and these friendlies should also include our West African neighbors particularly Ghana and Mali. The last Eaglets were busy trashing amerture sides with no confrontations with other national teams and when they faced the Nigerien team they crumbled. I recall Manu's boys started with trashing Rwanda In a friendly in Calabar 5-0. |
