Hello traders,
I had a PayPal trade with this guy with username Ajet22 today.
Before the trade I instructed him to send fund as FNF only and he consented.

And I told him to send the funds but he send as GNS.
Without much ado, I sent him payment for the amount he sent as GNS.

After a while, the funds he sent was placed on pending instead of available balance and an email was sent that the funds he sent has been charged back and placed underdispute which will possibly attract a temporary lock on the paypal account.
I immediately called him to inform him of the Chargeback and dispute on the funds he sent with screenshots and the dispute claiming the funds was illegally received to scammed him.
Then he said the funds was actually sent by his friend and he would fix it.
After few minutes of waiting, I called him that since he can't handle the dispute from the sender, it is advisable I refund to avoid a permanent / temporary lock on the PayPal account.

He agreed to make a refund of my payment and I told him, I will refund the PayPal funds to cleans the dispute.
I made the refund to the senders address and since then, he has been disconnecting my calls and obviously has blocked me on his whatsapp.
The is indeed an act of theft and breach of agreement.
I indulge you to make a refund of my payment before the end of today, otherwise you will be labelled a scammer and will have yourself to blame.
N12,000 may indeed be small but you have unlawfully gotten this money which is against our agreement.

Obviously the fund is gotten illegitimately from some innocent people if not why on earth would anyone sell such huge amount at such ridiculous price.

What do you people think. Do you think he deserve a place in the scam list?
