Hello house. How is everyone doing. May our dreams come true. Please I need your experienced input on this. My husband and I are planning to apply for FSW but we don't know who the principal applicant should be. We both plan to write IELTS and have our WES evaluation .We both have a B.Sc as our highest qualification, He studied Electrical Engineering and works in that line with over 5 years working experience. I studied Microbiology but work as a customer service rep with 3 years working experience in one of the telecom companies. I'll be 30 next year and my husband will be 37. I'm thinking of applying since I can get more points with my age but I'm worried my NOC will affect our points. His own line of work is in NOC B while my own is not even considered for FSW as I cant find it under NOC A,B or O for FSW. Thank you for your anticipated responses.

Have you checked out this NOC: 2282 User support technicians. It's a B. Does that apply to you?

When you raise a CSE do they always send an ADR? So I know whether to raise another CSE or just wait for the ADR and attach both.

Please help answer this ohhhh.

Thanksssss
Sometimes yes. Sometimes not. Just wait patiently.
You may receive an email that it's been added already and there will be no need for ADR.

Hmmm. Mine was recieved on 24th of last month. No acknowledgment yet. I called and dey told me it's not been updated. I asked wat I shuld do dey asked me to wait it out that if I haven't got an email acknowledgement it means dat dey haven't reached the date which my docs were recieved. Infact dat dey aren't in the same building with people sorting out mails so can't even confirm for me. I tire for iqas...1 month no acknowledgment. I never even start to count my 6 weeks

Try calling again. Who knows?

Two questions. Will they attach the additional document requirement when I raise the CSE? while the second one is if I can be proactive when raising CSE to attach documents that I know they will ask in ADR like marriage certificate, schedule A etc or should I just wait for the ADR to come before I provide such documents

Principal Applicant - Husband, 36 years, 5 yrs experience, Bsc, IELTS S 7.5, L 8.5 R 8.0, W 7.5 (this will earn you maximum points in language score). Spouse BSc, IELTS S 7, L 8, R 7 W 7 (scoring above this won't change total score).
With this combination, the maximum score is 408. When he is 37 the maximum point drops to 408. Since he is the principal applicant, only your education and IELTS matters.
Best solution would be Provincial Nomination. Engineering experience might earn him Nomination.
Using you as a principal applicate might be complex cos your experience falls under NOC C
