Apparently, there is "No Fault" divorce which allows one party to divorce the other once they have lived separately for a particular period of time. All that needs to be done is serve the other party and wait for the response period to expire (whether or not she received it does not matter). I hope this "Human Rights Lawyer" knows about this.
