A TOTAL OF 100,000,000 UNITS OF LIVESTOCK FEEDS PLC WERE DONE AS AN OFF-MARKET TRADE TODAY AT N1.00 IN ONE DEAL. THE DEAL WAS A NEGOTIATED CROSS DEAL BETWEEN STANBIC IBTC STOCK BROKERS LTD (BUYER) AND CSL STOCKBROKERS LTD (SELLER).

Looks like something is cooking here as Stanbic IBTC has been on a buying spree of LIVESTOCK. This is the second big volume buy I have read about in a few weeks. Just observing.....patience!

Yes Stanbic bought out Cashcraft....I hope they (Stanbic) do well like they did in PRESCO during the time of their former chairman - Peterside right?

Realy?

Why can't Cash craft stockbrokers sell directly to Stanbic, since they are both stockbrokers?

They were suspended some months ago, I don't know if cash craft is back to business. They are selling some of their shares to raise funds and diversity.

Stanbic Asset management bought into Presco when it was selling for about N5.00 and less, they sold their holdings when it was about N30

MARKET MAKERS are now sweating, looking for the gullibles that will bell them out but thank GOD investors are becoming wiser.

Very soon the bankers will come knocking on their door and they won't have choice than to give in to the demand of the BARGAIN HUNTERS.

CASH remains the undisputed KING.

I think the coming of Stanbic to livestock feeds should signal long term bullish trend for the stock. Stanbic will take their rights and buy more. I hope they are not regretting getting out of Presco too early.

Honestly this NSE does not obey TA or FA. Analysts are being mesmerised. Maybe IFA analysis would be more effective grin
