1. Head, Operations – HO/001
• Direct and coordinate operational activities consistent with the organization’s goals
• Review and implement criteria, application, instructions, procedural manuals, policies and standards in line with operations requirements.
• Direct country wide supervision of the entire operations team, etc.

2. Regional Business Managers (Lagos Metropolis, West & North Regions) – RBM/002
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for business growth
• Evolve sales strategies, prospect and develop key accounts
• Establish sales goals and ensure attainment of annual revenue, shipment, and debt collection targets.
• Supervision of sales/marketing activities within the region.

3. Business Managers – BMs/003
(Locations: North East, North Central, North West, South West, South East & South - South Zones & Lagos)
• Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve short and long term revenue targets in the branch/territory
• Develop and manage clientele base for consistent business growth
• Supervise Customer Service, Finance and Administration of the Branch/Territory

4. Accounts Executives – ACE/004
Locations: Lagos

5. Audit Executives – AUE/005
Locations: Lagos

6. Customer Services Executives – CSE/006
Locations: Lagos

7. Truck Drivers – TD/007 (Referrals are welcome)
Locations: Lagos & Abuja (3 years relevant experience with valid driver’s license and Lagos State Drivers' Institute - LASDRI License for applicants for Lagos location )

General Requirements:
a. B.SC/HND in Business Administration/Marketing or any Social Sciences from a recognised University or Polytechnic with a minimum of second class lower or lower credit.
b. Must be a goal getter, a team player with proven ability to work independently
c. Must be in possession a minimum of 8-10 years for the position of HO/001; 5-8 years cognate experience for the position of RBM/002 respectively in a Courier & Logistics/Insurance Organisation and 3-5years for positions of ACE/004 – TD/006.
d. MBA in Marketing & Professional membership for RBM & BMs positions will be an added advantage.
e. All applicants must be computer literate except for TD/007.
f. Minimum requirements for ACE/004 – TD/007 positions must be 3 years and above post qualification experience.
