I see no issues here. She should go with any valid documents that has her name before first marriage or better still go get a new passport with her current name and travel with both kokorita: |

preshus17l: I personally haven't but my understanding is that once a payment plan is in place, which terms she's adhering to and not missing any repayment daysvthen its ok. The issue is running off or even relying on government aid. So I believe she should be ok. 3 Likes 1 Share |

If you're due in September, you already run the risk that no airline will be able to take you. Limit for most is 36 weeks. Considering that you're looking at scheduling an interview, not sure how you want to play this. Kenniei: 1 Like |

Hello Mums Pls I need advice on the way forward. My family and I applied for a visa for my birthing purpose, but due to bar code wahala, my hubby and toddler couldn't go in for the interview. They were asked to reschedule,so I had to go in alone, as only my bar code matched. I got the Visa, but the challenge now is getting an early date for my hubby and my toddler. Going by The dates available for now (Oct 5,as at today) the baby would have come, as I'm due for an elective CS at the end of September.. Travelling without my toddler isn't an option as She's too young to be left behind.. Pls mum's, what happens if I don't use this visa for birthing Will it be a problem to use it for vacation afterwards?? It's a Medical Visa Already. Please Advice... as I've been having sleepless nights over this. P. S : I'm 31weeks gone. |

@ Chiwe . Sorry about that. Almost same thing happened to my sister. Cous she was already 31 weeks and she wanted to give birth in the usa So she had to do fast track interview for herself and. Her family. an agent helped her to get a very early date for their interview |

chinwewale: Eh yah, I know how it feels not wanting to leave your toddler behind. It is well Why not try go the emergency appointment route for your toddler especially? You will first need to choose the Oct 5 first before you now apply for it. You may just be lucky. 1 Like |

Thanks Dear. Surprisingly, the agent I asked to help with fast tracking keeps telling us, no early dates yet!! Would contacting another agent make any difference?? I wouldn't mind the option at this point.. Please. kokorita: |

Maybe I should. Even though I have no idea how it works... Wouldn't want to get stuck at that Oct. 5 date, just incase Nth comes up. But I'll give it a shot!.. I've been too sad to even express excitement about getting my own Visa!! Thanks for your input! Deep Appreciations. customised87: |

Good morning House, My friend is in a little dilemma and I would need any one's guided opinion to help her out. She is 19 weeks pregnant and would like to have her child in the US. She also intends to apply for a visa and declare she would be going for childbirth. However she has a little fibroid growth(not harmful to the baby) but she would like to depend on that as her major premise for having her baby in the US(better healthcare) She intends to get a letter from her doctor in Nigeria stating that the fibroid may be harmful, as well as a correspondence from a doctor in the US corroborating her claims. Please any advice to the contrary or should she go ahead? |

preshus17l: Your friend will be fine in as much as she adheres strictly to the plan without default.she should also travels with the agreement and evidence to show that she is adhering to the plan eg bank statements. I have a sister and a close friend that are both on a payment plan and are complying strictly with the plan. One has successfully renewed her visa via drop box, while the other one was invited to come for interview when she applied for drop box renewal and was denied due to a lie she told during her 1st us visa application some 10yrs ago,so this lie later came back to bite her in the a** this year, (an unnecessary lie she told 10yrs ago and had forgotten all about) #saythetruthalways. Her visa refusal totally had nothing to do with her payment plan and by the way she's still faithful to the payment plan till date. 1 Like |

kristinbaby: @ oneyoungwife @ kristinebaby Read up on this thread,i can remember seeing a couple of people mentioning here that they had their babies in Atlanta, some hospital names that come to mind are Emory ,Northside and Gwineth. You can start by typing these names in the search space above and narrow it down to travel section . |

chinwewale: Keep checking often for available date. someone might drop and the date will available. I saw August 30th availability few days ago. You can block this date now and reschedule when a closer date is available |

chinwewale: Dont use any agent joor , just be logging into your profile like once daily and be checking it. You will get a closer date before you monitor it for one week. 4 Likes |

Hello House, Please my sister has a lil challenge regarding the choice of the hospital. she already has a medical visa and intends heading to Texas. We have a relation she can stay with in dallas with the option of using JPS but would get a Tarrant card which her host doesn't have any issue to help her get to access the OB Package. She has done her research here but still unsure if getting the Tarrant card which give her access to the discounted OB Package is a form of medic aid or insurance. She doesn't want this to affect her later when she has to renew her visa. OR do you advice she goes to Houston where she already has a doctor correspondence from and just rent an apartment as she is due by october. Any Mum here who has used JPS and didn't have issues with visa renewal, I would like to hear from you. Thank you in anticipation for your reply. 1 Like |
