Hard as it may seem, I suggest you keep calm and your AOR will come. My status was on confirmation of application transmission (like yours) for more than 24hours and I only wondered why people call it "AOR", lol. My AOR came the next day and the letter carried the date it was issued.

Some catch!!

Official documents. These documents must be sent directly to ICES from your educational institution or educational authority. In most cases an official transcript is sufficient as long as the completion of the award is noted within. If confirmation of the award is not present in the academic transcript, this information can arrive in letter form from the appropriate authority accompanying the official transcript of records. Please note these documents can also be sent by the academic authority directly to our office via email.


Cost - almost same cost(200CAD). plus they have package called RUSH HOUR -(400CAD) for each credential, meaning you pay more for e.g BSC. and MAsters or just stick to highest degree.

Procesing time: Standard(5 weeks) RUSH HOUR(2-3 weeks) post reccieving all docs.

Please find below two years trend of past CRS scores and no of invitations issued. It might interest you that the lowest so far in the last two years (August 2015 to August 2017) is 415 which occurred twice on the 19th April 2017 & 17th May 2017.

Trust this helps....and hope it will be heading south when I enter the pool...My ECA evaluation in progress and IELTS exam scheduled for September 30th 2017.

Re: IQAS. Sometimes, social media can be a big tool for change. I feel if they are bombarded on twitter and other social media, it can actually help. Maybe they can reconsider the processing time and hire more people or something. They use the alberta government twitter handle.
Fbi is a lot faster now than before. I remember when they were very slow. Why can't Iqas do the same.

Its not a must o do any, so far the Principal score is sure to make the cut off. However, to get more CRS( i think extra 30point) spouse may need to do both(ECA-10points, IELTS 20points max i think).

Hello House.... Here's my Timeline

Aor: July 5
Medical passed: July 21
Ip1: (I missed it)
NA: July 22
ADR: August 1 (RPRF)
Ip2: August 17
PPR: August 22
(Family of 2 but I'm Adding a dependant now)

My application was nothing close to perfect but when God is involve protocols are suspended. We made a huge deposit of about 95% of our pof 3 weeks to submission, that alone gave me sleepless nights but I just had to trust God. We decided not to write a letter to explain that cos we realized expalnaing sometimes put you out there for too much screening and really there was nothing to explain except lies.
Secondly out of my desperacy to get more points before ITA I declared that I had a relative in Canada who's actually my cousin but I ticked her as my aunty cos I was not given that cousin option and I wanted points from adaptability. When it was time to proof the relationship after receiving ITA, my eyes cleared that have actually given a wrong information but I went ahead to submit all her documents and this was over looked and not counted as misrepresentation.
Thirdly, when my husband tried to pick up his reference letter from his place of work, the company insisted on giving a letter covering just 3 years and we already declared in our application that he has been with them for 4 years but the company said he worked as a contract staff the first year so they won't be including that. We sha collected letter like that and We never wrote a letter to explain this too.
My fingers hurts already but trust me there are still so many errors, like verifying with Wes instead of PBEC and so on. I even forgot to declare that I was ones denied a U.K. Visa. Don't have any travel history doh.
This journey has taught me a lot of things and please let's try so hard to reduce our explanations especially when not asked. May the Lord perfect this journey for us all.

1) For those of us using Msc ECA for our application, do we have to upload our Bsc certificate when submitting our E-APR or just the Msc. Pls note, I didn't do ECA for my Bsc...Seniors, did you upload both Msc and Bsc?

2) work experience was from 2011 to 2014, while Msc was from 2013 to 2015. Do I have to worry about this, I already qualified for my NOC since 2010 when I had my Bsc. I hope CIC won't start asking questions about this dates that overlap because I kind of do that Msc part time running from office to Class even though it was full time.

All advises and recommendations are welcome...

Got our passports and COPR (yesterday)..God all the way,got PUM this past Thursday, was at DHL the same day to make payment as well as drop the authorization pick-up letter and it eventually came in around 5:30 pm yesterday.

It would have been easier if you had informed your school to include your statement of result or certificate before they sent the transcript to WES.

Your statement of result or certificate is also required by WES for evaluation.

What I did was to scan my statement of result to a friend in Canada and he sent it locally to WES last week Thursday 17th Aug and WES acknowledged receipt on Wednesday. Though my transcripts are still being expected from my schools (OND & B.SC)

It will end well.

I used hellofax and dey received it... No need to pay for courier. Use hellofax dot Com

Aww , I should have asked earlier. Would have gotten ITA on the last two draws. I thought it was mandatory to have his degree evaluated as well since LAUTECH on lock.
