Please house i have been a visitor and love each and every post which is informative. I have to clarify something and I need anyone with rightful information to respond to my aid. I have been issued a conference 3months visa to USA and this is non appearance, does this still work in USA embassy in Nigeria ? I'm scared and need to clear my doubt cos I don't want to enter any form of problem with USA immigration.

People just like to present their assumptions as facts. I personally know someone who earns #120,000 monthly and was granted visa. She is currently on vacation in US. Another person with a monthly salary of #150k got her visa and presently preparing for her trip

It appears that you didn't include your Uncle's name as a relative in your most recent visa application form, because you were surprised on how the VO came up with his name. Unfortunately, you had earlier stated his name as a relative in previous applications.

VO was of the view that you lied.

Equally, your Uncle's status in USA could be an issue.

That is terrible ideal for someone in that salary scale to go on a vacation in the U.S. 2 weeks trip is going to be his/her annual salary. The person can as well go within Nigeria or a nearby country for vacation.

I'm sorry LadyG, but I need to ask this about visa renewal. My uncle's family got a family visa comprising of himself, wife and two children. Unfortunately they couldn't go for the aimed family vacation, my uncle and the wife traveled and returned both differently, the visa expired and renewed for themselves only, leaving out the children, now they're thinking of renewing their children's own as well. My question is would the renewal process require an interview process or to show up in person? They're children both below age 10.

Fill in a new DS160 if u can or possibly tell the VO about ur mistake.... Ur choice, but be honest about the process
