Ask WES for a conversion oh. If u were the person battling last time not to get an ineligible profile, I remember asking u what did ur wes evaluation for last year. And u skipped it.

I am not really sure of the validity of your course by course evaluation as IRCC might not be able to access it online which seem to be peculiar to only EVA.

You can research to find out if anyone has successfully used it.

I think that depends on school and on what info is provided them by the school. I know for unilag they send an email.

If u didn't do it for immigration, it is not ECA. IRCC may reject ur app. It is only WES that can convert..u will pay as sb has said.

You should send them an email. They typically don't advise that you do course by course for immigration purposes. Same way they don't advise doing doc by doc for universities.

IRCC may not accept it, but that's left for WES to say.

I tried to upgrade on my course by course evaluation now and realised there is an option to send duplicate to IRCC. It says a copy will be sent to IRCC online.

You can try that but I don't know how IRCC will be able to connect it with your application.

Edited- I think you should be fine sending duplicates to IRCC

whew I wish mine was this easy. So I have a completed ECA report which I used for EE. Now I have applied for an upgrade of this to the course-by-course and shockingly WES is asking for verification again from my Uni (i.e. for the BSc). They aren't asking for a verification for my MSc...just my BSC. wonder why they want to verify what has already been verified. I thought I was done with chasing my Nigerian Uni up & down to respond to WES.

Did you experience this at all? I had to even pay $162.72.

It's like WES has upgraded o. New website, new packaging and clearly written on their site now that evaluations take 7 DAYS after receiving all necessary documents to complete.
It's just that their verification wahala that may be an issue especially for Nigerian degrees.

Please i need the gurus in the house to help out here: what is the best route for someone who is very experienced with a B.Sc and good language score (LRWS 8,8.5,7.5, but with very low CRS score (357) plus age not very favourable (40 last May). I know the provincial nomination might be one but there has to be a valid job offer in the intended province. You thoughts please.

Yes, provincial nomination is the way to go but you might want to consider other provinces, not only the one that requires a job offer. For others interested, please note there are 11 provinces in total to consider, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Ontario and New Brunswick have Express Entry aligned PNPs that don't require job offers.
But with ur IELTS score, I think your CRS points should be higher than 357. Are u single or married? If married, what's ur wife's profile like? Let's recalculate and consider all options before settling for PNP.

Summary of requirements
1. Scanned filled copy of application form
2. Identification. Passport or drivers license or birth certificate
3. Marriage certificate (if married)
4. Certificate(s)
5. Transcript to be sent by institution

Fillout the application form, have it signed and then together with other required documents send a mail or email to the specified email address as designated on the link.

Ensure you specify mode of payment (credit/debit card preferrable) and choice of delivery (courier or mail) on the application form. A sample filled form is available to guide you while filling the form.

An app ID number will be sent to u in abt 5days with payment details (how to effect payment).

You can begin processing ur transcript to their address as specified on the link even before payment is requested by ICES.

Review begins after they recieve your transcript. Of course they recieve other documents instantly if sent via email.

Tracking code of package sent to ur email after review.

No VERIFICATION REQUIRED.


U can choose to use the option of getting it in 2.5weeks @400 CAD. Standard rate is 200CAD

Like someone asked, did your report number begin with IMM? You may need to clarify from WES again if its usable for immigration. And if yes, then you are good to go. Just order a duplicate copy to be sent to IRCC. Seniors in the house can weigh in.
