Just goto ur original bank, complain, they will give you a form to fill & ur money will be back in two weeks time

Now the very ATM you all depend on doesn't seem quite dependable. This one time after withdrawing, I received a message from fraudsters saying my ATM had been blocked and bla bla bla..

Used a UBA ATM in May this year, got debited 10k without the machine dispensing and from then till now I have been going to my bank GT every month, yet the money hasn't been reversed. I have asked for camera footage, yet UBA is stalling.

This is why i love stanbic ibtc bank. They will refund you immediately your account is erroneously debited.. Buh if you use first bank, my brother, it will take you nothing less than 11days before it's reversed.

I remember a day first bank erroneously debited me 80k(online transaction).. I could not sleep for close to 15days before it was eventually reversed on the 14th day


I have to respond to you because my money got reversed using a first bank atm in just 10 seconds .

It has happened to me many times but after a day or so I was credited with the money back.

But there was a time it happened and I waited for a week and didn't see any credit alert, I had to go to my bank and report. Meanwhile it happened with another bank ATM. My bank assured me they will get the money back.
Luckily for me after a week they credited me back.

Wait for 48 hours if the system doesn't credit you back, then report to your own bank

I went to several. ATM yesterday trying to withdraw but the queue was much so at the end I decided to wait at access bank. The machine paid the lady before me so I was hopeful. I inserted my card and after choosing the amount I wanted I heard the ATM counting money but few minutes later I saw "transaction successful do u wish to continue" few minutes later I got a debit alert. I waited hoping the might come out but nothing happened. Till now I have not gotten a refund and I operate with first bank.

My question is if it's possible that the ATM will still dispense the cash later and now the ATM has acknowledged a successful transaction, can I still get my money ? Bankers in the forum please help
its possible that the ATM withhold ur money if there is network interruption while the matching is trying to count ur money and as a result the system will freeze and ur money will still be hanging in its mouth and as soon as the network is restored the money will just pour out. so far its machine not human being so it wont know if u are d one who is still there or another person. so dis is what u do. u know in every ATM machine there is a CCTV camera which enable the bank to review any previous transaction we made. so the CCTV camera is recording everything u do on the ATM. go and lodge a complain very quickly at ur own bank branch. ur bank will now call the other bank u used that u used thier ATM and explain to them. its now that bank that will now review that particular transaction y made to see weather its u who actually collect the money or someone else they will see how u left and how who eventually took the money. their system will display everything to them and they will refund u ur money back to ur account. its not ur fault it's theirs because u are not the one who make their network to fluctuate. so they will be d one to bear the loss not u or ur bank. go and complain to ur bank it wont take u more than a week before u get back ur money.

Go to ur bank and ask for another ATM card. That one is gone.

check ur balance first if they ve not reverse it after twenty four hours go to the customer care service of ur bank n lay complain they will issue you a dispense error form to fill, ur money will b reverse max a week n mind u don't delete the transaction message on ur phone

I woke up this morning to receive an alert of 10,050naira pos/web purchase uberm Lagos(Stan/9999282324),10,740nairapos/web purchase transaction uberm Lagos(stan9999285658)12000naira pos/web purchase uberm Lagos, 11050naira pos/web purchase uberm Lagos (Stan 9999292178).
Totaling 43840 naira.
I have never done uber before
I called Gtb, they are trying to pass the blame that probably someone has my card details.
Please what can I do to get my money back.

Very easy, next time of your ATM doesn't pay you and you hear it count here's what you

Use another ATM card for a different bank immediately on the same machine ,but here's the trick immediately or says insert card hit the enter button the push in your ATM card at the same moment , enter your pin as you hit okay spam the cancel button collect your cash from the previous transaction but that account won't get debited .

Even if it's a stranger who used the ATM before you and they didn't collect cash do this the money will come out for you and they won't get debited

Now dont support crime o,this is just for experimental purposes ..

Disclaimer : the ATM security staff of most banks know this and will watch you when they see you spamming machine buttons
Best performed at night or in the dark , wear a face cap and dark glasses ATMs have cameras

Very possible. I had such experience when someone did that but immediate he/she,I can't remember, got to d gate,d ATM released the cash and we called the person back to take d money

I experienced this at Central Bank ATM the other day.

Before I put my card na him plenty Isong notes throway for my body nearly fall me down. shocked

I went inside to complain about this monumental embarrassment of epic proportions only to learn that rats ate some components within the machine. tongue

it's a cbn directive, talk to the bank where it's stucked, the person in charge might be nice enough to help you get it. pls dont be rude and dont form right, he has no obligation to give you.
