Biko I'm I the only one that suffers this insomnia? Like I will sleep around 10pm wake up 12am and don't sleep again till about 4am. Last night was worse because I slept 11pm woke up by 12am and couldn't sleep again. All my attempt to sleep proved abortive so I had to start cleaning and doing housework by 2am and I finished by 4:30am, slept by 5am and still woke up by 6. The only good thing about it is that I can lie on my bed because I've done 90% of the housechores but I hope it won't affect my blood pressure though.
