U r not alone sisterly.... not had a good night's sleep I a while now, always looking tired! It is well...used otrivin but that can't be us for long.....heat does nothing for me, so does rub, olbas oil, nothing.....only otrivin worked n that can't be used for long else it will get worse... I don Google tire! I'm 14/15 weeks now

I pray baby comes today sha cos I'm having contractions but not so intense. I'm in the hospital now waiting for doctor. The nurse on duty says I'm not serious yet cos I'm still pressing phone maybe she wants me to start screaming already.

my hairdresser told me that if I wash it stuff might accumulate at the root and it won't look nice again. Don't know how true that is. Would ve really liked to wash it before resuming at work
