Iheneacho for go smaller club oo....Musa not listed again
what? Nigerian players are not generally having a tremendous start this time except for few, and I believe it will get better as the season progresses. with Iheanacho's quality and past exploits, I believe he should thrive in Leicester.

None of these players got immediate call up when they started performing. Why should Olayinka's case be different? That's where the sentiments really is. Iheanacho has earned his place in the team he won't get fizzled out over night. Suck it in. This is not a case of anyone hating on a specific player. We all know how it took Odey a while before he got his chance. Olayinka's case won't be different. For now Onyekuru is already in the SE set up. Olayinka should wait to grab his chance. Let's all stop this A versus B argument. There is no foul play in selection, in the first place. If you believe otherwise try to pass your message to the appropriate quarters instead of nagging on an ordinary forum like nairaland

bro...you're wasting your time talking to him.
I have already made know...the reason for his argument...simply looking at the names of the players will tell you that.

recently he was called for the England under 21 Matches

I wish him all the best...though I would have love see him play for us...but I don't think that is still possible....

even Aina might even be reconsidering....these lads have one undue love for the 3 Lions I tell you....

Aina is not 'reconsidering'... He will not be invited otherwise. Even Tammy will be more than willing to play for Nigeria. It depends on the approach. For now, Tammy is not a priority. If we can pull off 2 wins against Cameroon, then we can start looking at options like Tammy.

let's hope so....because these lads...are so much in love wit 3 Lions....

I will want us get dressiers and if possible get Tammy as well...

That's a better discussion. For the likes of Tammy and Dessiers, it's a matter of who invites them first. We need to win them for the future even if they don't make it to Russia

seriously especially wit Shakespeare kind of coach....
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 8:00pm On Aug 26, 2017
Shakespeare should please go and learn how to coach. That was atrocious. It was so ugly. Even if I do not like Manchester United or Mourinho, I was glad they won.

Liked Ndidi's performance in the second half when he had the liberty of doing more with the ball.

Honestly it may be hard for him to blend in well there.. As we all know he performs better as a supporting striker and Leicester usually play 4-4-2. They rely more on Vardy's speed and Mahrez tricks to beat their opponents. Nacho may have a hard time adjusting there but I hope not...

Ezenwa

Aina Ekong Balogun Elderson

.Onazi

.Mikel

V.Moses. Kelechi. Etebo

Ighalo

Aina and Etebo for their physicality. Etebo is always willing to defend. Moses is also decent in that role. Iheanacho works better with space so playing behind the striker will give him more space.

Ezenwa because i can't trust Akpeyi and Akpeyi has not been playing.

Ezenwa looks confident and more comanding than Akpeyi. I agree. Ighalo is more likely to start, but this may be his last chance in SE should he not deliver. Partnership with Mikel is in contention. I'm not too impressed with both Onazi and Ndidi. For continuity sake, Onazi has the upper hand. I hope Agu or Ogu really get integrated in future.

Stop bringing tribe to everything. Can't you make your arguments and oppose him without using that word? Why are we like this in this country?
it is hard, if not impossible, to read anything forgiveness posts without bringing in tribalism. It is only if we want to turn a blind eye to his apparent bias that you will expect anyone not to see a pattern of favouring his gbegiri boys

The way some expect others not to react to what is staring you in the face is befuddling. If you don't want to state the obvious, don't expect others not to or to simply ignore. I reserve the right to call out anything suspicious...

Just read the rubbish oga forgiveness is writing here...

Kayode better than Onyekuru
Kayode more deserving of a call up than Nwakaeme
Awoniyi better than Iheanacho

He won't even pause to ask why certain people were called up and their impact in the game like many others have done thus far, all he sees is how Gernot Ikechukwu Rohr is favouring a certain section of the country

For the love of God! Are we to ignore this pattern? No, let us keep tribalism away by ignoring the one person who always brings it up with his posts.

Nobody brings up tribalism on this thread until forgiveness shows up. Maybe for once, you should stop telling other people not to state the obvious and CALL OUT FORGIVENESS on his BS angry

Becauae Shakespeare isnt going to make much changes until they - Okazaki (especially) and Vardy - start doing badly. I think they have been decent in their run so far considering their oppositions.
