Yawn stop getting high on your supply. You're supposed to sell your coke not snort it. The courts don't care about biafrat logic or heritage. It's about the law and nothing more. The first questions is did he breach bail conditions or not. Next question is does court agree Kanu's bail need to be varied. These are the questions that determine if he sits in jail.

Kanu will go back to jail whether his lawyer or anyone else likes it or not.

Let me see what will make him escape jail with all the conditions he flouted. Even the Senators that stood in for him deserves to be jailed.

Always take time to read the post before rushing to comment. Read this quote: "We have successfully challenged the bail terms we considered offensive to our clients constitutionally guaranteed rights. So their recent application is belated." They are already challenging the bail condition in court so it is for the court to reinstate or do away with the bail condition. Until then, he cannot be said to have flouted it when he is in court challenging it. It is for the AG to file an injunction for the status quo of the bail condition to be maintained until the determination of the matter already before the court.

Now a sensible court will ask- Has the bail failed to ensure Kanu is around to face the charges levelled against him? No

The court will also ask- Is there any need to arrest someone who is ready to come to court 10 times a day if you ask him to? No!
