Because Nigeria is a lawless country. A law court acquitted Kanu of all charges without any bail condition. The FG didn't release him because it didn't suit them. Ecowas court asked FG to release Kanu. It didn't suit them, they held on him. When the finally got what suited them, they brought it to Kanu.
Kanu is doing exactly what the FG started. We are in a lawless country. and beside, what is the essence of bail condition? is it not to make sure that they person always present himself in court? They FG should go on and on with trials. Let them find concrete evidence to present to court that kanu commit treason and lock him up forever rather than making noise about bail condition. or is it that they don't have any thing tangible against him?

His offense deserve no bail, his bail is based on health and not freedom. Had he not breach those bail, will FG demand his return back to prison?

I dont think Zazzaki has a charge before the court that requires bail. All I know Zazzaki is kept in DSS custody with his wife for national security.

I heard people spewing trash about human right, freedom of movement etc. KANU agreed with all the bail conditions before he was released. He even tender both his Nigerian and British passport to Justice Binta. Later he think Buhari is dead and even brag about breaching his bail conditions.

To those juxtaposing Arewa youth and KANU, they are two different cases. Are arewa youth on bail? Go and sue them to court, you mustn't wait for police to do that. Arewa youth have denounce their threat because of governors and elders intervention. What has SE do to caution KANU about his bail conditions?

KANU has breach all his bail conditions and no amount of threat will stop FG from seeking court to revoke his bail. The earlier you realized that the better, you cannot fight a sitting government.

Secondly Kanu was not released based on freedom rather health condition but by breaking those bail terms and holding rallies, it is clear he is now medically fit and sound to return back to Kuje prison. The main aim of the bail "HEALTH" has been served.

Who ever want Biafra must follow the Nigerian constitution. Let your state assembles pass a bill on it, then pass it to House of rep to senators from then we will take you serious.
