i promise this is different

A whatsapp group,to give to you new baking skill,not your regular baking method a new method which i have used in 2 years most of which turn out well for me.

enrol in the VERTY Whatsapp group class for training on new skill,new improved method of baking nd do's and dont of baking.

This class is also good for people new in the business.i can also say it is an advanced class

First school was held early this year march and it was a success.

SOME TIPS:
making a cake moist

1> Brown sugar holds more moisture longer than white sugar. Replacing brown sugar for white sugar will keep the cake from drying out and maintain its moistness. Use the same measurements for the brown sugar as your recipe called for the white sugar. The taste difference will be minimal, but the moisture levels will be higher.

2> Mix you batter as you normally would then add one small container of yogurt to the mix and bake as usual. This will keep the cake moist for days.

3> Egg whites can dry out a cake,.so i recommend using only egg yolks . This explains why white cakes are usually drier than other flavors . . . there are no egg yolks in white cakes
