So by your thought "launder through" is more weighty than the actual person that stole?

OK, we should just free Evans the kidnapper then and simply arrest and deal with the landlords of the houses where the victims were kept.

Mtschewww!
thats not the issue, what proof was there that the woman has anything to do with the money? Non,the persons whom the money was found in their banks should go to JAIL and thier asset seized. They have money and properties in Nigeria, did the EFCC list anything like that?Alison has nothing to be seized but these guys have houses cars etc.we should hold the bird in hand for now and once a good case is held against her then we go for her head less she xcapes.

The real owners of that money are in power hence it was swept under cover.and Oh I have just realized that since then whistle blowing association of Nigeria had went silent.

The forfeited sum was allegedly laundered through
Gbenga Olu Komolafe
Prince Haruna Momoh
Umar Farouk Ahmed

These are the real owners of the money forfeited but cleverly hidden deep inside the story by the Afonja media while making Diezani the headline as part of the ongoing propaganda.

Still nothing said about Sultan buying his own house in Abuja with N700m of Sokoto State bailout fund or Buratai's houses in Dubai or Danbazau's London apartment valued at millions of Pounds embarassed

No ofcos a General in the Army can have property everywhere , but a Royal family member, one time MD of Shell Nigeria , also Former Governor's wife before becoming Minister cannnot buy a Toyota corrolla or have more than 50k in her account? Gerra hia to all the APC goons.

Justice Abdulazeez Anka of the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, has ordered the permanent forfeiture of the sum of N7.6billion suspected to belong to former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Deziani Alison Madueke to the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Justice Anka gave the ruling sequel to an application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) seeking the final and permanent forfeiture of the said sum to the Federal Government.

The anti-graft agency in its supporting affidavit averred that consequent upon the investigation carried out on the intelligent reports received by the commission, it discovered that the sum of N7.6billion kept in the accounts of some banks were proceeds of unlawful activities.

The forfeited sum was allegedly laundered through Gbenga Olu Komolafe, former Group Managing Director, Crude Oil Marketing Division of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation; Prince Haruna Momoh, former Group Managing Director, Pipelines and Product Marketing Company (PPMC) ; Umar Farouk Ahmed , Group Managing Director of Nigerian Products Marketing Company (NPMC) on behalf of Mrs Deziani Alison-Madueke.

It would be recalled that the Federal High Court in Lagos presided over by Justice Chuka Obiozor had on August 7th this year ordered the temporary forfeiture of the money which was allegedly hidden in several banks by the former Minister of Petroleum Resources.

The EFCC in the interim forfeiture application had alleged that Mrs. Alison-Madueke stashed the money in banks.

It further alleged that the Federal Government had since February last year, through an order granted by the same court but before another judge, Justice Muslim Hassan, recovered part of the huge money stashed in banks across the country by the former minister.

Something about this Deziani issue doesn't seem right. Every month we keep hearing about recovered monies and properties . . . how long does it take to place the UK on notice of extradition?? or file a suit there in UK like happened to Alamesia and Ibori??

. . . These figures we keep hearing border on crimes against humanity and should be delt with forcefully and conclusively so we cant rest! So even Deziani can rest too . . . not be used as a joke, media frenzy or political mongering.

Just imaging the statement, a judge ordered final forfeiture of sum suspected to belong to dazieni, that means there is no certainty. this woman has been denying all these ordered forfeitures yet APC n EFCC shamelessly continue to feed the populace with more farce,it's unbelievable that with all this plethora of damnable incontrovertible evidence against dazieni APC federal government can push for the extradition of dazieni n prosecute her successful Instead of continuously engaging in media trials for their gullible supporters. it will be a big shame if by 2019 the only evidence the APC can point In their purported biased fight against corruption is media trial with no meaningful complete prosecution of any major corruption case.look at the cases of Abba kyari,Buratai,Babachir David,Oke n now idris kutigi APC will pretend as if they are deaf n dumb only to find their voices someone associated with PDP is Involved, but this administration should know that they would be living in self delusion if they feel that continuous denigrations of PDP would earn them public support indefinitely.

Since you know there was no proof, why didn't you show up at the EFCC to help Diezani with the case.

Pick a dictionary or use Google, then you'd understand what "laundering money" means.

Great now, search for anywhere where money Laundering conduits have no trace to the owner.

I guess those people are signatories to the NNPC account which is why the money is theirs but EFCC just roped them in and they were too scared to claim their own monies.

The FG can ask for teh Uk to send her back to Nigeria if they have proof, but there is no proof of all they have been crapping about online. She is used as smoke screen, like this write up, where the three named owners of the money is know but to make them look clean her name has to be written over it when the monies where not found in any of her account rather on the accounts of the three named persons.

Same with IBORI, he was Innocent, Jonathan used him as smoke screen untill the British imprisoned him. Well he is out and back in Nigeria again as an Innocent man that is politically strong! Your government can send a Billion request with proofs, but they are not going to return her untill she faces their own courts and whenever they are done with her, yáll can have her. That's how it works over here! They take care of themselves here before anyone else
