Sorry please.

At the risk of sounding immodest, why do we need to call them? Are they not in the same business with bet9ja, nairabet, lionsbet, etc.?

Are we begging to be customers? I'm just curious because this is not the fifth betting account I'm opening and I have never called any agent in opening an account.

A process like account opening is supposed to be a seamless one and when you make it cumbersome, it becomes a turn-off for some folks like me especially when you are in a very competitive and customers centric market.

Furthermore, if I start calling customer care for a process like account opening, what happens if I make a huge payout? Visit their office?
