well me i cant change it for a phone with lower spec, its the camera that made me settle for it in the first place,so they better unrush it and make better cx and send it down for us to exchange it with. That was a good one. Kudos to Carlcare. I think part of the reason things keep going down in this Country is laziness to follow up. Some people will be mistreated and they will let go because they feel it will waste their time to seek redress. I have had some bad experiences with two banks in the past before the advent of social media popularity. All I did was call their head offices with the names of the Staff. Within hours, they have flooded my phone with apologies and calls. And the issue was resolved immediately. They are there to serve customers not to frustrate them.

Social Media wins again. I think every company needs a system that prevents issues from going viral before they are resolved. E.g A special/dedicated email or phone number to where customers can report/escalate issues when initial resolution attempts fail instead of going to social media.

. that is power of social media, voice of the voiceless. if he had not share this online, nothing may av been done abt it. some company av poor customer service, it happened to me with mtn I called them they did nothing, until I shared it on Facbuk, twitter, Instagram. one of their staffs read d post and contacted me

Yeah, I would have loved to speak be out on my negative encounter with CAC officials at Owerri but I had a rethink when I met their "Madam" as they call her, eager to help and ready to do her job.

I'm for restructuring. If you are as smart as you are trying hard to appear you would have seen that on my signature. So even if the country is going to divide KANU has to insult other ethnic groups and create enemies for his people while at it? He has to do so by commuting treasonable felony?

And stop calling some of us who has shop by the road side, road side engineers, some of us are graduates and we know what we are doing.
