Important notice to all intending students.
If you have received your visa and booked your flight, contact the international student office and give them details of your flight.
They will be waiting for you at the airport to pick you. However if you happened not to catch up with them which is unlikely the taxi fare is not more than $30 (100TL).

Definitely, you can't meet up EMU admission for this semester. So you can apply for next entry which I believe your passport should be ready by then. EMU does indicate applicant passport number on the admission letter and that same number is sent to the embassy for a visa. The fees of all University are mostly written on the website of the university, just check under fees, briefly, it cost around 6500 USD to complete a master for now at EMU which is inclusive of 50% scholarship. I can't say which is better between on- and off-campus dormitories. The only thing is in off-campus you may find friends or enemies to share a room with and reduce the cost of the room and bills, but on-campus does not allow sharing beyond regulated capacity. Also, you can find the fee for accommodation on the website. Just visit EMU website!

I saw an advert about MSc Environmental Science and Engineering in CSU and my question is can i be admitted into into the programme with a Bsc in Environmental Biology (CGPA; 3.2). Any advice on any other affordable environmental science masters in the region is welcomed. Thanks.

Yes you can be admitted into the MSc program. And that is the most affordable in Cyprus.

Thesis based study: primarily involves lab or field research which prepares or enables the students to further their studies at doctoral level or some organization believe such graduate can easily take up research duties due to experience already gained.

Non-thesis: is project based MSc. Students will not need to perform lab or field research. Where 90% of the data are mostly obtain via secondary means. Most university will not admit graduate of non-thesis master for a Phd program while some will subject such applicant to take up some research trainings before enrolling into PhD for those interested to further their studies.

if you are in Abuja, I'd suggest you go to the embassy today, those who did their visa interview last week Tuesday without visa appointment date were asked to comback today, so use the opportunity to go and and you might be surprised that your name might be there now since your interview was in July.

The whole tin is just confusing and we re been told that for sure d list is there watin we go do ...all they keep telling us is we shud call d school that if school sends d list that they will call us

You should have paid fees for one year and accommodation for at least 1yr plus living expenses before you travel. Jobs are scarce and wages are low.
