Good morning to you all. happy new day!! so I want to share something.
faith is trust,assurance, and confidence in God. living faith is shown by service and obedience to God.
hebrews11:1 "faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
after getting born again, my mind went wild I wanted to know, see, and hear things I shouldn't should not even near yet, I wanted to see the supernatural. I wanted the holy spirit, and I didn't receive it then I became frustrated. I said to myself, after all I was born again, so why wasn't I receiving him. my neighborh had received immediately after getting delivered, so why was mine taking time. ( BUT WHO AM I TO QUESTION GOD). so I started reading the Bible but not for long, I abandoned it and started reading books that were really bad for me, I got confused and my mind got messed up. but I didn't realise that I was going about everything the wrong way, I was leading myself astray.
then I realised I didn't try to know God, I realised that I wanted to hear a voice, I wanted to see a supernatural sign before I believed.I wanted a gift, and when I saw none of these happened, I thought God didn't love me. oh how foolish I was.
so, after realising my mistake, and I begged God to forgive me. and I picked up my bible and started reading,from the books of the beginnings to the exodus, the book of kings, proverbs, stories of Jesus and the epistles of paul. and I saw that everything I went looking for in books, were all in the Bible.
but it was hard and temptations of old habits came and I said to myself, if only I had someone to spur me on, someone to keep me from backsliding, if only my sister were here. I said to myself, I can't keep this up for long, I would soon go back to old habits, but then I remembered something I read, Luke:15:17 "I tell you but there will be more joy in heaven over one sinners who repent than over ninety-nine who need no repentance. I didn't want the heavens to rejoice for nothing, I did not want to disappoint God and I didn't want Jesus to be sad. I am not good enough or perfect by any means but the lord still loved me. even though I am not worthy.
then it hit me, I didn't need someone to spur me on, I have the bible to guide me. I was a baby Christian but I was not a baby I know the difference between right and wrong, I had a conscience, if I needed someone to talk to I had you guys. and I have God.

I never felt a greater peace.

so I made a decision to be not just the hearer, but the doer of the word. psalm:119:30 "I have chosen the way of faithfulness I have set my eyes on your laws. I applied the Bible to my everyday life and I let it guide me. not books, not the supernatural but the Bible. and soon enough I started coming out of my shell, I could talk to people without stuttering out of shyness and looking down at my feet. I was bolder and I actually started having friends. and I became a better person. I was at peace with everyone and I strived to be perfect. 1timothy4:12 "don't let anyone look down on you but set an example, for believers in speech conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.

now we don't need a supernatural sign to believe in God. Jesus dying on the cross of calvary for our sins is enough. we don't have to speak in tongues to know the holy spirit is with us. we just have to believe and receive. put your faith in the word of God and it will work wonders for you. Galatians 2:20 " I have been crucified with Christ and no longer live. but Christ lives in me, the life I now live in the body I live by faith on the son of God who died and gave himself for me.

Good evening big bros...I'm glad to see this. The Bible didn't mention if he was healed or not. I'm not going to dispute your theology on this , but will be open to correction as I myself, I'm not above learning .

But is there any kind of leprosy that is not contagious? If so, then so be it...


May be he got healed or maybe not. Or maybe we'll never know, but GOD knows best.

Today I want to share two beautiful experiences I was blessed with, let me unburden my heart to encourage God's people.

1. There was a night I wanted to pray so I asked my angel to wake me up by 3am, when it was almost 3am, I had a dream someone sat by my bedside and tapped my leg, lo and behold it was 3am but sadly enough I was weak to pray hmmm

2. I had a dream recently, I was allowed to see an unknown man who had just died, then his angel appeared and told him he died of poison and showed him his body. I was alarmed cos God allowed me to see what happens after death. Shalom

My family's lineage goes a strong way and they were really fetish and deep. And when my sister was prayed for, the first thing she was asked to do was change her surname. Why is that?

And yesterday i woke up suddenly in the middle of the night and could not move its like i was paralysed. I thought it was the normal sleep paralysis that happens to me occassionaly, but this was different, it was longer, and it was like something was pinnig me down but i wasn't afraid. Little by little i began to lose my breath and feel very hot, i could not talk so i called jesus name in my mind but nothing happened. (why is that, did i go about it wrong, if i did pls let me know.) so for some reasons i started singing praises to God in my heart and with a final struggle i woke up. I do not understand what happened, but i know God protected me.(thank you lord i love you). Must one change their name for deliverance to be effected? NO! Except a person feel like going for a spiritually edifying name.

Being demonized because of ancestral linage connection to the occult isn't automatic. Each persons case within his/her family is unique.

I think it can be understood in terms of genotype of children based on inheritance from their parents. Even, the degree of demonization within demonized offspring of a parent also vary wildly.

It seems as if genda also matters but that is for another time.

Your question should be like: How can a person know that he/she is demonized?

There is no single yardstick with which to ascertain it; why? Demons operate in covert nature. They rarely want to be discovered because, once you know they are present, then you will seek for help in dislodging them.

So, how can a person know?
1. Are there serious undesirable character problems which seem to defy persistent solutions eg. Anger, Rage, Addictions, Fear, Inferiority Complex, Superiority Complex, Perversions etc
2. Does one experience out of the natural Dreams: Nightmares, Eating, Sex, Falling, Flying, Loss of properties etc
3. Are there persistent medical problems that defy Orthodox Medical interventions?
4. Are there persistent failures in Academics, Business, Career, Objectives set?
5. Dreams of interactions with "unclean animals" eg Snakes, Dogs, Insects,
6. Does on have some unexplainable spiritual powers? Seeing spirits, knowing the future, telepathy, etc

Any or a combination of this could be indications that demons are in control of an aspect or more of a persons life.

Now, the rule in spiritual warfare is:
When you suspect their presence, cast them out!

Some demons go out without much hazzles while some are extremely stubborn. Some evictions you can do by yourself and some may require some external assistance.

Finally, Some deliverance are instantaneous while others take long periods of progressive disconnection.

The only way to cast them out is by being on the Offensive and Attacking them. When their anguish is unbearable, they take off. ...resist the devil and he shall flee.

So hellfire, it really is real. And gruesome and horrible. So i happenned to stumble on a book compiled (18 hell testimonies by micheal peralta. Pls download and read) where living witnesses gave their testemony of hell.
It is said that you have to be pure and holy to see God. That there is no great sin and small sin. God has to be the first thing in your life above other things no matter how legitimate. God is a jealous God and he has to be in your heart unrivalled. You have to please God with your life.

But does it have to be this way, why do lukewarm christians have to be in the same place as ruthless murderers and terrorist who have shed innocent blood, Burning in the lake of fire and brimstone. Does this mean God is cruel or unjust? NO!

John 3:16 "for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth will not perish but have everlasting life. Living a holy life in this present world is not easy, no one is perfect and we all have our flaws and weakneses. But it all depends on your love for God and the willingness to obey and serve him. Do not put anyone, even yourselfs before him matthew 6:33 "but seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and all this things will be giving to you as well. You may have problems, and challenges financially and in so many areas of your life but do not worry, cast all of your cares on him. I prayed to God for my sister in school, they had vacated for a while now and she was the only one left in school she was stranded because of financial issues with barely enough food, and all of a sudden, she came home on sunday. She said she had no money and food. But people were always feeding her everyday for weeks now. And as for her transport fare, everything was already paid for. I prayed to God for someone to teach me more, and my sister came, in a short while she had started teaching me about mystries and the secrets of my family's lineage. I did not even know how to thank God enough.
Jesus already said that worry would not add a single hour to our lives. That the birds of the air do not labour and store away in barns, yet God feeds them, how much more us, his children.

God loves us and he wants us to live with him forever. So we may give to the poor, prophecy, and preach the Gospel. But all these amounts to nothing if we do not love, for God is love, and if we do not have a relationship with christ, for he is the way, the truth, and the life. No one can see the father except through him. It is giving to the needy, helping the poor, and still going to rob a bank. So even if you helped others it still does not change the fact that you robbed a bank.
God sent jesus not only to die for our sins, but to reconcile us with him, to have a communion with him through jesus, God wants his children back to him. He loves us so much that he gave up his only son to die for us even though we are unworthy, not that we loved him, but because he loves us. God is not a genie that if we ask for something we will recive in the twinkle of an eye, it takes faith belief paience and trust, that no matter how long it takes God will fufill his promise to us, at his own given time. Like abraham and joseph.


So please lets us all strive for perfection in christ and live a holy life. For one who is not holy will not see God. Hell is so real and i would not even wish it on my worst enemy even if you do not believe books about it, it is written in the bible. So pls, Lets not be like the church in laodicea in the book of revelations. But instead like the church in philadelphia, blameless and enduring and full of God's promises. I love you all.

I was was thinking can a person be demonized, and almost immediately, I got paralyzed and struggled for air.

but can one get demonized even after becoming a Christian. because before giving my life to Christ I experienced some of the above, but after, I didn't experience or see nothing like that again. do I still need to go to a Church for deliverance?

The key of determining if one is infected or not is by looking at persistence occurrence of negative attribute/occurrence around ones life.

oooh my God. please, can this be confusion. I can never believe that a christian can be demonized whether you are talking body, soul or whatever. I think this is just a result of a personal logical thinking of the whole thing except that i could be misinterpreting what it means to be demonized. simple words like oppression i think is more understandable. demonic oppression or whatever

Most Christians who have had experience in Casting out demons conclude that Christians can be demonized (not possessed!).

The Christians who have NO experience in Casting out demons conclude that Christians can NOT be demonized.

But the irony is that as at this time, she was a deliverance minister serving in the church casting out demons from people. So I think yes a christain can be demonized.

In the course of her personal deliverance the Holy Spirit ministered to her that Jesus had just one earthly parent but fasted 40 days to be free from any such things. And when the devil came, he found NOTHING in him.

I agree with you. One may even be a deliverance minister and still be demonized. I think the problem of many Christians is the manner in which they mix up demonic possession (being owned) with Demonic affliction (demonization).

Usually those who never had any experience casting out demons conclude that Christians cannot be demonized.

Although, I don't believe that Jesus had to fast to be free from demons. No! Fasting don't chase out demons: authority does!

Not all human beings are demonized, some people are relatively free while others are heavily demonized. The degree of infection and scope varies very very widely
