Good Evening Everyone,

Please, my transcript was sent to wes usa in error. But, i haven't made payment yet. Can they evaluate for eca from there? Or do i need to send another transcript to wes canada.

I'm afraidto make payment so i dont waste money. Has anyone made this mistake? What do i do please?

Awaiting your responses

Thank you.
My concern is how you sent your transcript without having your reference number. Even if the transcript was sent to WES Canada, wouldn't it be disregarded considering it has no reference number or were you able to get a reference number without paying?

As you've been advised, discontinue your application on WES USA, make payment on the right page, then have your transcript sent there. Please make your reference number quoted to avoid waste of time.

Talk about combining heads on Nairaland. I don't know why anyone would leave this to go pay for an agent.

Hello, I sent my photocopies to WES via NIPOST from abuja and they still haven't received it. It's been over a month. Does anyone advise me sending it again or is there a better process that won't blow my budget? Thanks

Guy u funny o, Nipost kwa, and u dey find non budget blowing process, nipost is babanla budget blowing, cos there's a high chance of ur docs getting lost in transit.

A "better process that won't blow your budget" is by using fax, its free and fast. Good luck

Hi, you're not required to be licensed before applying for EE. You can however begin/initiate the licensing process for your own personal career progression towards your later settlement. The idea would be to get far ahead with the process or even complete it if possible by the time you land in Canada and therefore hit the ground running.
Thanks soo much@blackbuddy.

It's is advisable to upload it along with his educational documents. If u ve submitted already without it (which am suspecting u ve) u can raise CSE to add it if dat will make u sleep well at night. smiley

Please I need a clarification on use of T-Bill as PoF especially as regards the 6-month validity rule (please indulge me should this sound silly).

Is it that:

A. I must have had the T-Bills for 6 months before accepting ITA

OR

B. I should buy a bill with minimum 6 months validity immediately after ITA?

Thank you.

Hello House,
Please I read somewhere in earlier threads that one can pay for WES ECA using Gtb Naira card. The options for payment on their site are Credit card, cheque/money order in CARD Or Western Union online money transfer.
Which of these options do you choose to be able to pay with Gtb Naira card?

Please advise.
Thank you.
Select Credit Card and click to complete transaction.

Shikena! They sent it free to WES Canada and asked me to kindly write the correct address next time grin

Hello House

I got a Mail/update to fill Form 5562E (I have two slots for Document upload... does this mean I fill 2 separate forms for myself and my spouse??)

Also do I need to attach old passport data pages and all stamped pages to support the entries

I advise you do the right thing from the beginning so that you will not blame yourself. If you have spouse, then add him/her with the initial application. Also your POF must be sufficient for both of you. Double your hustle....if you have POF for yourself, all that is needed for your spouse is additional 25%.

My advise: take time to Do it right from the beginning and you will have a "seamless" process.

Hello SpecimenXY,
Below is what is stated in CICC:

What we accept as proof

Funds must be readily available to you. For example, you can't use equity on real property as proof of settlement funds.

The funds must be available both when you apply and when (if) we issue you a permanent resident visa. You must prove to an immigration officer that you can legally access them to use to settle here when you arrive.

For proof, you must get official letters from any banks or financial institutions where you are keeping money.

Letter(s) must:

be printed on the financial institution’s letterhead
include their contact information (address, telephone number and email address)
include your name
list outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans
include, for each current bank and investment account:
account numbers
the date each account was opened
the current balance of each account
the average balance for the past six months

From our own experience, we had TB 3 month b4 we got ITA (from my spouse's account). In short the TB matured 2 weeks before we got ITA but the money was still in our account. So we quickly put the money in TB for another 3 months(in my account) and scanned the TB certificates as PoF. You can also print and scan the current exchange rate from xe.com to show that the amount you have in TB is sufficient for the number of persons under you application as specified by CICC.

If you dont have the money in TB prior to ITA, you can print out your account statement for the period you had the required amount prior to ITA. If its not up to 6 months, you can then apply for TB, attach the TB certificate with your bank statement and that should suffice.
Senior gurus can also help out with this cc: 40manlappy, Blackbuddy, Boldinc, MummyJaygirls

Ok, thank you. Thought it would be ok if I do mine first since we're yet to be married officially.

So, I was thinking of doing mine before adding spouse /child. Since dates will differ.

Advice please.

No. Its not correct. U get ur reference number as soon as you apply to WES online. D acknowledged mail has ur ref no wc u use to fax or post ur certificates, then equally use it to apply to ur school for transcript. Payment can be made anytime inc d last tin,wc was my case.

NB: If u r a married woman wt a different name from ur school name, inc photocopies of marriage cert n change of name alongside ur certificate while posting
