For me what I did is to stop taking the nifedipine because I was not understanding why I shld go through all that headache in the name of bringing my blood pressure down, my husband went into deep research and found out that I can take lebatelol and lisinopril (my bp was very very high)....so right now my bp has dropped from 162/113 to 132/96, 130/90... lebatelol was prescribed to me from the general hospital here so I only added lisinopril...plz stop taking the nifedipine..

Notin is wrong wt ur breastmilk. I experienced same wt ma lo then.... So wot i do was to rinse off immediately i remove ha clothes with ordinary water n dry. I wash evry 3 days too so wn i want to wash i pick up d clothes i rinsed off n wash properly.

Evening dear,yes n did and is not painful or discomforting!Is a simple procedure dat takes roughly 5-7mins and d numb d site first so u don't feel pain!D skin will sha b purple 4 sum days and den bak to normal and u will b advice not to do any strenuous activity wit d hand 4 dat day and not allow water touch it!
