Hi there! Today I introduce to you our feed mixing machines.
Mainly the hammer mill and feed mixer

Our Feed Mixer is made of the strongest materials and the strongest bearings, pulleys shafts and auger. It also contains outlets for remixing or bagging, (removing out) the ground product.

Our Hammer Mill generally consist of a hopper milling drum, rotor, hammers, screen and delivery outlet
Three different sizes of screen determine the fineness of the material being ground. One is for chicks, the other for growers and the other for finishers.
All the essential parts of the hammer mill are attached together by very strong bolts and nuts and fasteners. This makes it easy for any part to be taken out for repair or replacement if and whenever it wears.

As I have promised earlier on to carry you along with the palm oil processing machine we are working on, I will be posting pictures from our recent supply

First the boiler or steaming chamber where the kernels are heated to kill micro organism that may be lurking around and make the kernels soft

After steaming, the next stage is to digest and press, our design combines both stages in one machine making it consume less time and very efficient.
Here is our digester cum presser

During pressing, plenty impurities are pressed together with the oil, by that, the oil need to be clarified.
This is the clarifying drum.
This drum has another drum inside it

Ok the pressed oil have clarified what next? Drying.
Clarification process takes place in a drum containing water which escapes into the oil.
To remove this water we need to dry the oil in a drying drum

So, what happens to the palm kernel shell and seed after removing it palm oil?
We know the seed has oil and the shell is very useful too.
