igbodefender: Bro, I think you misunderstood the Agwoturumbe name. The full name is Agwoturumbe turu okpokoro meaning a snake that bites a tortoise bites only shell. Another variant of the name is Agwoturumbe na emebi onu ya meaning the snake that bites a tortoise damages its mouth (apparently because of the shell).
