What you have posted is nonsense because you have not tested their immunity in any way and you will not be present to know when they fall ill or die.
In any case, assuming you are correct, is the purpose of an active immunity to be tested by exposure to dangerous conditions ?

This is the problem with African leaders. When the governor needs a car for instance, he will order a state-of-the-art vehicle from the manufacturer. When he needs to clear the drains, they will ignore the required machinery and use human beings to collect sewage because they sense their poverty, ignorance and desperation, and because the contractor wants to make profit.

I hope it's worth it? this is the old ways of doing nowadays there's a gully vehicle that sucks the whole shiits out. Anyway kudos to them hard work they say pays but I doubt it.

They might not get more than 7k as wages...

What a wonderful and noble thing to do.
However people needs proper orientation on how to properly use drainages particular those in lagos areas like Lagos island, Mushin,Surulere,Yaba axis is known for this act, just to mention these few. I have witness a trend in these areas where it was raining and people in one of these area thought wise that dumping their waste bins into drainages is the best. Packing refuses into moving floods is not the best.
The last administration made seriously effort to create drainages,a clear path for floods to pass through and just few years after some of these drainages are already blocked due to instances sighted.
It's bad and efforts made by the state government are not fully appreciated and maintained.
People need serious counselling and re orientation on how best to use drainages.
