tbaba1234: Ezenwa just served u a hot humble pie. Hours to the game u were against his selection. I'm happy u are mature enough to acknowledge ur mistakes by rating him now. 4 Likes |

Ezenwa is still an experiment in progress. So o won't be too mouthy about his show today. But a big plus for his career today is the big confidence he garnered. Twill go a long long way. I know Alampasu is noticing. I expect a spin of selection headache in coming games for this goalie department. Overall, thanks to Mikel, Moses&Moses, Leon&Odion. 4 Likes |

ChrisKels: Humble pie? I was talking about his mistakes in previous games and I stand by what i said. That does not mean that if he plays well today, i would not acknowledge it too. Go back to my team selection, i selected Ezenwa ahead of Akpeyi even before Akpeyi was ruled out of the game. 8 Likes |

Ezenwa. Ezenwa. Ezenwa. One word to describe him = confidence. Even those watching at home could feel the confidence he radiated. Athletic, agile, good reflex, brilliant with his foot, organized his defence, came out at the right time. Made some nice saves. I was impressed with his overall play. Although he spilled the ball when a defender was pushed at him. He should learn from that incident. Lucky the referee spotted the foul. In some scenarios, the referee can choose not to blow and we will concede. It was not his fault but a punch out in tight situations is the better choice. Very impressive display and deserves an honorable mention. |

Ekong was his usual self. Tidy, maintained his position. Made simple build up passes. Won some aerial balls and gave the forward line the right dose of physicality to keep them away. He adds the right balance to the electric play of Balogun. 1 Like |

Shehu Abdullahi. Very stable going forward and backwards. Good shielding his back. A reliable marker and made nice interceptions. Overlapped at the right time and complimented Simon Daddy very well. A very trustworthy player. |

Humility017: That is very sad. Leon Balogun can help lead a new generation of defenders in the Super Eagles. I hope Awaziem learnt a thing or two from him. |

Echiejile. Fought hard for his team. Apart from few occasions, he tried to stay stable at the back. With Leon Balogun and Victor Moses complimenting him, the Camerounians could not exploit the gaps he left in those occassions. Apart from the gaps and few miscommunication, he had an okay game. 2 Likes |

I really enjoyed myself today, it shows d team is in progress. d super eagles really put up a solid performance the combo of ekong and Leon is really superb. they made aboubakar and bassong look ordinary. we just need to go to Yaoundé and avoid a defeat, which is very possible with wat we all saw today. I can categorically say we HV a solid team heading to Russia, with just some tweaks in d left and right bk options d midfield and attack seems to be brimming with confidence ryt hw.kudos to rohr 4 Likes |

I think what we need to work on now is getting a bench as solid as our starters. And of course great options in the LB, RB and GK departments. If we can do these right now, we will be ready for Russia even tommorrow. |

Mikel Agu. This guy also impressed me with the few time he had. Nice ball control, nice simple passes. Drew fouls by holding the ball safely. Made some energetic runs, shielded the defence and made nice interceptions. A solid player we can expect to help compliment the team. Had a nice game. |

Cameroon will have to revamp their team after crashing out of qualification. We were in a similar position after winning our last AFCON, but the stubborn Keshi didn't read the handwriting on the wall before the World Cup proper. phamarsenal: |
