When I was younger,something strange used to happen to me whenever i'm semi-conscious.I would feel myself floating over my bed and at the same time know that i'm on the bed.Once i realize that i'm supposed to be on the bed,i feel myself slamming back into me(my body) with such a great force which leaves me panting and wide awake.It doesn't happen to me anymore but i'm wondering if anyone here has had the same experience.Thanks.

I feel you nigga. Used ta happen t'me a lot as a young 'un. Whenever I lay down(not to sleep) especially in the afternoons, I suddenly start drifting or sliding out of my body. When I realise this, I experience a sudden jerk and I get knocked back to consciousness. It all happens in a matter of seconds.

Well, Most families in Africa has/have wickedness in different degrees in there foundation, probably due to some kind of idols worship and different kind and ranges of wickedness perpetrated by our fore fathers. So sometimes it is not unusual ti get instructions to change name depending on the depth and the degree of the wickedness.

I can remember vividly when i started my journey with God back in 2015, i received specific instructions too to change my surname but i was wondering why would/should change my surname, as i began to grow in the lord cos i would say my growth was very rapid,and i have a lot of thanks to a man who the lord made our path to cross, then i began t understand some of the feeling and experience i use to have.

Well, that's a story for some other day. as i began to pray more i began to see somethings then i began to understand why i needed to change my name. I began to see lots of blood and am like what is these. The i realized my foundation is filled with a lot of blood whether the people were killed or sacrificed or it was due to vengeance well i couldn't say, But then i continued then i realized the name change was not only necessary but important.

From on, i realised that the name we bear carries alot of weight our destinies, name are pronouncement that different kind of people call, teh once with both the good and bad mouth, and whether we believe or not we are all born again Christians, Holy spirit filled and the likes but the truth we dont carry the same power, same authority, same grace among others some people can and would argue these but that is the truth.
So when different kind of people call that name they are reemphasizing the what ever the circumstance/meaning of that name in the life of that man, be in glorifying the devil or God.


Now that been said,

If you look through the Bible you would realize that before the promise of God could manifest in the life of Abraham and Sarah, they had to be a change of name, In short most of us dont even remember that Abraham was first known as Abram, and the name change was done by God himself Genesis 17:5 He did same for Jacob, He converted his name to Isreal Genesis 32:28, The Lord Jesus change the name of Simon to Peter.

And yesterday i woke up suddenly in the middle of the night and could not move its like i was paralysed. I thought it was the normal sleep paralysis that happens to me occassionaly, but this was different, it was longer, and it was like something was pinnig me down but i wasn't afraid. Little by little i began to lose my breath and feel very hot, i could not talk so i called jesus name in my mind but nothing happened. (why is that, did i go about it wrong, if i did pls let me know.) so for some reasons i started singing praises to God in my heart and with a final struggle i woke up. I do not understand what happened, but i know God protected me.(thank you lord i love you). Pls i will appreciate insights on these things.

How easy is it to overcome all the challenges when changing your surname as it is even easier if it were your first name that you intend to change? How does one know that there is need to change his/her surname? You may use your personal experience to explain in details.

The Christians who have NO experience in Casting out demons conclude that Christians can NOT be demonized.

Am an atheist but was a Christian before. I normally speak in tongues and talk to spirits in my past life. I see demons and clean spirits but after i converted to an atheist it all stopped

honestly i study too much books, including books about demons, i finished the Bible and Quran in 2-3years. After all my research i discovered that no man can really know God if he is real or fake. I first converted to an agnostic before changing to an atheist. I hope you are satisfied with my response.

demons and spirits exist in your mind. As an atheist i can say for sure that demons are real only when you believe in them. Your mind is open to the spiritual and physical aspects of life. An atheist will never believe in the supernatural but Christians does.

honestly demons are disturbing you because you are scared of them. I have pass this stage long time ago. I don't pray but demons are scared of me bro. Am an atheist but i still have some amazing spiritual gifts like seeing the future, identifying spirits around but am not into those stuff again. I have not seen a demon for some time now.

honestly i experienced all this until i study demonology. Am 70 percent atheist and 30 percent spiritual. Although am an atheist i still understand the spiritual balance of the world.

some months after I was discharged from the hospital, because I suffer four fraction of both legs; tibia and femur. then I can only manage to stand up. I slept that night, In my dream I was carrying out deliverance on two mad persons, one a male the other a female. I was able to deliver the male but the female, i order the people holding her to let her be but instead she held me on my left leg and bite me on my hill, then I woke up to feel a very strong ache on that part. though I have an injury there that was not disturbing me before then on that spot,I breathing hard as if it happen in real life. in one of my dreams some few days ago, I was carrying out deliverance, speaking in tongues when the lady I was delivering attacked me, she didn't succeed. she then behave as if all is well then attack me from there, I couldn't even voice out the name of Jesus. she started attacking me until I defended myself and I woke up with fear. because it was just as if it was real.

hahahahahaha. Stuff like this can't happen to an atheist. Stop fighting demons and live a normal life

I got rid of all my wordly songs movies,series and football matches but my teacher says there is nothing wrong with watching them as long as I have a good relationship with God.that I just need to find time To balance the two I told him that God said we Should not love and get carried away with things of The world, but my teacher said that even if we woship God we are still in the world and it is normal for us to do this things as long as we don't let it affect us. So on friday night, when he invited me to watch a football match with him I said no and he said there is nothing evil or Harmful In watching it and I told him no, that this is the same club I supported for 5 years now, I was obsessed with the club and addicted to its players when they lose I will feel depressed, angry and sometimes I even missed school(yeah it was that bad)they took most of my time and I gained absolutely nothing from it.and now I have stopped following them but he says It normal that I was just a kid and a football fan that there is no need to run from It, that with time I will outgrow It,that as long as I am not doing something evil that God won't mind that he won't Mind if I took time off him to be a part of something as long as it Isn't bad. I didn't follow him but he left me really confused. is It okay to watch or listen bad things in the entertainment industry like action movies with lots of stealing, Murder, and shootings as long. As we don't do Them.is it okay to watch movies about Vampires,werewolves demons, witches Fallen angels, magic,and sorcery as long as we don't practice them or believe in them? If you want to be a Christian it's very good for your young age but don't hide yourself because of Christainity. I love "The originals" best season movie.
