this is where Nigerians usually miss, if you inspect your house yourself, if the house is substandard, how would you know? It takes the eye of a master in a particular field to detect fault in their field. If you are a builder yourself, you won't see buildings the way a common Man would see it.

all of you trying to run your mouth saying that he's a minister not a supervisor, what is he doing on site then, what is he inspecting, why didn't he send the most qualified person in his ministry to inspect the work ( if not that he wants to show off for political reasons). Now that he's there, how the hell is he gonna criticize the project ( by having his subordinate whisper the fault to him?) Since he does not have the technical know how.
