Courting government patronage is unethical for businesses, if you can remember very well the united states of recent sanctioned and punished some staff of Haliburton for currying favors from the Nigerian Goverment in the haliburton scandal , Nigerian Government and the EFCC has bluntly refused to replicate same and punish the Nigerian government officicals involved in the haliburton affair, the same thing in the Siemens scandal the German goverment punished their citizens involved in the scandal while the Nigerian Goverment and EFCC has bluntly refused to replicate same even when the list of officials involved were made available to them byt the American and German Government.
