Pls guys my infinix hot 4 only views videos in landscape even though d setting is still on portrait. It doesn't behave that way before. Formally I select what ever mode I want but now automatically na landscape ooo whether I like it or not. What could be d problem n d solution please

It is not sold in outdoor stores, u can only buy from Carlcare. It cost around 3k #So i heard wen mine had problem.

please i need your advice,i recently purchased the hot4 and received the software update,i wanted to find out if i can do it at home or if i should go to their infinix care for them to do it(and also to find out if the update still has bugs or if its smooth)...........and also my videos play only in landscape mode even when the phone is on portrait mode....it just started doing that recently...is there anything wrong or is it normal.......thanks

that icon isn't showing on pro the one there my hubby tried it instead d made d video still portrait but full screen. The images were so long n disturbing to d eyes.

You can do it yourself. Provided your phone is not rooted, the process should be smooth and successful
